LORRAINE: I hated this. I hated being in the same vicinity as Dexter. It annoyed me, it irritated me so my goddamn bones. I turn to the next page of my book, while he was just there sitting still and gripping the edge of his chair while staring blankly outside the window. “Relax or you'll ruin the chair” I say as I eat another grape, “what is wrong with you?” “Can you just ever shut up?
