In Love With My Bodyguard のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 41 - チャプター 50

*Tessa* “Okay, I'm coming,” Marin says, standing after me.I know how invested she is in the game. I won't be doing her good by allowing her to follow after me. “Don't worry. I'd go by myself.”She looks up at me and then back to the game, as it gets heated, and she looks back to me, like she has a hard pill in front of her and she's contemplating swallowing it or not.“Are you sure? You know the walkway will be so quiet by this time, and I promised Knox that I'd be by your side, wherever you go. Are you sure you can't hold it in for a little while?”I understand Marin, because it was past five in the evening. I had been holding the pee and I couldn't hold it in any longer.“Don't worry. I'm fine, I promise. I'd be back in no time. I'd need you to give me an in-depth explanation of what happened anyway.” I insist, and we both laugh because Marin can surely explain a scene in ways that will put the listener inside the scene. She turns her gaze back to the court, and I walk to the toi

*Tessa*Now my fright is heightened as my hair is pulled as a rope to force me into the car. “Get your hands off me! Do you want to injure me? Heyyyyy! Be careful!” I keep yelling. I couldn't help to remain quiet, actually. I know something about the way I tell makes them more irritated with my presence, but they were so bad at handling me and I couldn't help but speak up for myself. They toss Marin and me into the boot of their car. It is so fucking tight, and I could barely breathe. As I think og how uncomfortable it is for me to breathe normally, I wonder how inconvenient it must be for Marin to breathe. Despite the boot being tight, I call out, “Marin, Marin! Can you hear me? Don't fucking die on me! I need you!” I punctured a hole in the nylon she was packed in and tried to tear it, but I could barely see whatever I was doing. I just needed to get that nylon off her head so she could breathe appropriately. She gasps out after I rip the nylon apart. It feels like she's bo

*Tessa*I did not understand why Marin would rush her life without even thinking of the repercussions. She could lose her fucking life with the way she just stepped out of the car. That girl must have some nuts loose in her head that I'm not fully aware of, because she behaves too irrationally. She had crawled to the back, so she crawls back to the side and says, whispering, “I didn't see the keys in his pocket. We have to check another body.”“The fuck! No! Get back here now!” I snap at her. “Do you think this is a game? Can't you see some people are on that other side?”Marin shakes her head at me and stares like she didn't hear what I had said to her or she didn't see a reason to remain still with the explanation I just gave.“Look, I think they were attacked by another gang. In no time, they will be back looking for us. We have to leave here like now, like very, very fast. If we can't find the keys to this, we might as well look for another vehicle that has its keys in it.” Marin

*Tessa* I could not blame Knox for how late or how early I was expecting him. I didn't know what he was doing, and he just had a life of his own as well. I don't think Marcus pays him enough for the level of strength he has displayed to ensure my safety, so I don't think complaining is the right thing to do anyway. “I'm sorry I didn't come on time.” He responds calmly.“I'm sorry because you always have to go through all this to keep me safe. If you ever feel tired and need to leave, let me know. I'd tell Marcus to let you go with extra money to whatever it must be, making you risk this much to save me.”Knox remains quiet, and I hope I have not made it seem like he is doing all this just for money. Although I don't know any other reason why he would.“It's never about the money.” He says calmly, his eyes remaining ahead as he keeps driving.“So what's it about? Do you love your job? You did not just save me, you risked your life for me today. I know what I felt. The bullet from th

*Tessa*“My name is Melissa. I'm a student nurse here." She says with a beaming smile. Her skin looks so milky. She must be having life so easy, I think. She doesn't look fancy anyway, but she's happy, and I wish I had the joy that everyone feels at this moment.I remain quiet and walk with her as she leads me to the kitchen.“You've brought him to a very good hospital. I'm sure he's going to be just fine. We have a reputation for ensuring we lose no patient who has a chance to live, with the help of God, anyway.” I feel I know her kind of people. Those who act like God is at the center of things and they take life very spiritually with God. I'm not interested in any of that anyway. Not like I didn't believe in God, but all I just wanted was for Knox to be better. Everything that I want to matter to me should probably come later, after he's fine. We get to the kitchen and Melissa speaks friendly with the Chef. Her curly hair bounces well on her brown skin. She has a nice bum, too.
