Cole POV I heard Jessica scream, and I knew we were still too far away to stop whatever was happening. Gunner put on top speed, with Carson keeping pace. “Do not do anything crazy,” Carson cautioned. “The only thing I will be doing is saving my mate from whatever hell she is being forced to endure,” I responded angrily. “Let’s get into position so we know what we are dealing with first,” Carson said. “I cannot wait for the others to catch up,” I bit out, knowing Gunner was doing the best he could.
