Well thankfully he did let me shower first. It was nice to have a hot shower in a home again and I was definitely alone, unlike in the gym showers. We caught our breath and were soon up off the floor getting showers. Mika said I could go first and use all the hot water I wanted. He said he could use a cold shower after all that. I wasn't about to argue, I'll take it. I decided to walk the property while Mika showered since the rain had stopped. The animals started to come out of their shelters, curious about the newcomer. I wish I had someone to talk to that understood how I felt about Mika and my life in the pack; who could give me advice. She held her excitement in pretty well when the doctor came in. He asked a few simple questions about how I was feeling and the nausea was mostly gone so I was doing really good comparatively.
