Daniel’s POV I stared at myself in the mirror as I buttoned my shirt and for several seconds, I didn't recognize the man staring back at me. My hair was slightly messy, my shirt was wrinkled, and there was a look in my eyes that I didn't like. It was most probably regret. I had spent the entire time telling myself I was done with Rebecca, I had told her that our past belonged in the past, I had told her I wanted to move on.
