Ade's POV I had gotten into the car and sat beside Delvin when we were about to leave Royal Mines feeling more comfortable than when we came to the pack. I felt happy that even if we were not in the right place in the relationship, we had an understanding.My happiness was short-lived, though, when I realized that Delvin was mostly ignoring me. I caught him stealing glances at me once or twice but he had not tried to pull me closer to him. I would not deny that I looked forward to being touched by him. Ade's POV I gradually opened my eyes as I stretched like a cat. It took my brain several seconds to remember what had happened before I slept. When I opened my eyes, I discovered that Tate was sleeping peacefully but the hand on my side was gently caressing its way down my side to my torso. I smiled. Beta Kent's POV I hissed when my call to Tate rang off the second time. Delvin would become worried if I told him that I wasn't able to get through to Tate. I had only told him to pretend as if he had stomach pain so that Delvin would let him be for the day, he didn't tell me if he had the intention of leaving the hotel.I had decided from the day I nearly slipped and made the mistake of revealing Tate’s true identity to Alpha Delvin that I would accept Tate for who he said he was until he was ready to come out of the closet himself.
