Chapter 22Kai's POV A few weeks had passed since I handled the whole situation with Avery Windsor. I continued teaching at the academy as usual, and today was the same way. The students had physical education and the agenda of the day was hand-to-hand combat. All students were to go off in pairs and display what they had been learning for the past couple of weeks. Chapter 23Kai's POV Before we could leave, however, I stopped Mia. “Actually, could we go to my office for a moment?” I asked and she glanced at me with furrowed brows. “Why? Is everything okay? Chapter 25Mia's POV A few days after Liam came to meet me at the infirmary, I finally decided on what to do. I was quite skeptical about Liam considering the things Kai had said to me regarding him and the evidence he claimed to have found. But I wasn't going to let that derail me. I still loved Liam.
