JACK RIDER, THE BIG BAD WOLF

I and my wolf Kira have been trained to be and act as the perfect mate and Luna, no mistake what so ever must be made which has been pretty easy so far, I haven't made any mistake so my life was perfect, as perfect as it could ever be, if my life was like a job then I deserve to have a promotion.

I can never break a rule or do anything bad or wrong if I tried to, I don't even know how to and where to begin.

Being the only child of the Alpha and a she-wolf at that instead of a male wolf, I was trained to be a good little mate for my future mate who was to be the alpha. 

Not to question him, to serve him, to cook for him and meet his needs anytime he likes, wherever he likes, and whenever he likes.

But in all this what I enjoyed most was cooking and all the pack members enjoyed my cooking skills.

When I cook, I feel free and I don't feel being forced or compelled to cook, and with my great cooking skills, I earn a lot of respect from my pack members.

"Thank you once again, Aurora, as always your meals are very delicious and beautiful just like you. I'm sure your mate will be very lucky to have you or any man out there will die in happiness after finding out you are his mate."Brandon said smiling widely like a Christmas-cooked turkey.

I couldn't say 'get lost and fuck the hell out of my face, neither could say any bad word or curse at his face, this was how I was trained to act, like a good girl and I was pretty much good at that.

"Thank you, Brandon, you are too kind and sweet with your words, "I said to him giggling like I was having so much fun talking to him, rolling my eyes internally, with a fake smile which I secretly called the perfect Luna smile.

"Maybe we could go out sometime." He said taking hold of my hands into his.

Brandon was one of our pack warriors, now his left hands were below mine and his right hands were placed on top of my smaller ones caging them tightly.

The guy was always after me only because he wanted the Alpha position. There's no day he wouldn't thank me especially when the rest of our pack members have all left the dining room.

He was very eager to be an Alpha and he made his intentions very clear and well known. But that wasn't going to happen anytime soon except my mate was died or my true mate rejected the Alpha's position.

It was unheard of for someone to reject the Alphas position, all male wolves crave for it as vampires crave for blood. Everybody wanted the position, but you have to inherit the position if you were the Alpha son,or defeat the alpha and kill him in a battle or be the mate to the alpha daughter if he had no son just like my case,my mate will rule after my father.

Being an alpha means you get to have the whole say in the pack and everybody follow and bow down to your words. No body contradict your words,you are the most respected person in the pack land, trust me even I myself wanted to be that alpha but if course I'm a she wolf which means I wasn't good enough to secure that position.

I removed my hands from Brandon strong gripped,I was getting a little bit uncomfortable and irritated with him nowadays,he was a little bit forward with his feelings and it was annoying.

He knew how important a mate was to someone,we were both young ,I was nineteen years and him been about twenty five years and still he hasn't found his mate and I doubt that he was even trying to look for her because if he would he wouldn't be bugging me twenty four hours in a day, three hundred and sixty five days in a year.

"Thank you Brandon,but if you would excuse me I will like to clear the table and wash the dishes." I said as politely as I could still giving him a fake smile but the idiot didn't know that and he grined at me like a dog.

Brandon wasn't ugly he was about six foot tall, beautiful sky blue eyes , straight eyebrows, beautiful milk skin he was definately handsome but unfortunately for him he wasn't my type,not that I had any type but if i did Brandon wasn't on the top list of the menu.

"I could help you beautiful,a like you princess shouldn't be doing all the dirty work when a strong wolf man like me is here to help."he said leaning forward invading my personal space much to my discomfort.

He was getting so annoying, couldn't he get the hint I wanted him to get lost.

"Oh Brandon,strong strong Brandon,The alphas need your attention outside to lift a giant tree since you are a very strong wolf I recommended you to him." My best friend Nina said mockingly walking up to us in a  dramatic style and stood by my side to save my ass.

Thankfully Brandon stepped back and put in the required distance between us.

"But who will help Aurora clear the dishes."he said with a long sigh.

" That's not your business."my wolf said in annyonce she wasn't a patient she wolf like myself trust me.

"Don't worry I'm here to help her , I'm sure the Alpha's waiting for you already." Nina said pointing at the door, shooing him away with her hands.

"Ok... then..I will see you later Aurora."His said giving me a long look like that of a lost puppy and left the dinner hall.

Finally.

"That boy is definitely inlove with you,can't you see the stars in his eyes."

"you know he isn't my mate or is he in love with me ,he is only inlove with the Alpha's position so nothing can happen between us and you know this ."I said to her with a pointed look.

"Anyway thank you very much for saving me,i owe you one."I said to Nina giving her a quick hug then left to the dinner table to start clearing it.

I took all the plates and cups placing them on the sink. What I had prepare for breakfast was my favorite. Eggs with toast, butter and jam, and a large drum of orange juice to satisfy the two pack members who lived in the pack. We were about a thousand plus but not anyone wanted to lived together so some people lived across the other pack but still inside the pack lands.

Our pack was the largest and being the largest pack it isn't always so peaceful,my father had to be going back and forth the pack because of the division that's why he wants me to find my mate who will take control and hopefully bring the pack together as one or at least that is the lie i tell myself to not make my father look like a complete asshole.

My father was a very stingy man ,he could easily divide the pack  and give the other side to another person to rule but of course he needed more money from all the taxes each pack members pay monthly.

"Yes you owe me one that is why you are going to return the favor i just did for you by going along with me to a new club."she said biting a red apple she picked from the basket of fruit placed on the table.

She went ahead and sat on one of the dinner chairs watching me doing all the dirty work without helping me I was sure she didn't want to stain her newly done pink manicure nails.

"Are you insane why will I go to a club do you want my father to kill me?he will be so disappointed if he hears his only daughter the future Luna went clubbing ,he will surly be disappointed,and let's not both talk about my mother."I whispered shouted back to Nina, knowing the walls have ears.

" He is not going to find out trust me, so don't worry about that part we are going to sneak out well."she said with so much convinction in her tone.

" Now I'm sure you are insane,you know I have been trained all my life to be a Luna,to be a good girl , I'm not as wild as you are."I said dismissing the idea of going to a club, turning back to wash the dishes in the sink.

" So what do you mean Aurora,"Nina started and I had no other choice but to turn around to face her. Why couldn't she understand me ,she knows how heartless my father's was.

"I am a spoilt brat right? because I talk about sex and going to a club always,is that it. You are the perfect little Luna and I'm the bad friend right?"she finishes slamming the apple she ate and stabbed it with a knife.

I flinched at her reaction nearly dropping the dishes on the floor.

" No,no,I love you just the way  you are Nina,what I meant was this, I'm not as free as you are,you know how you  talk about anything, we  both were trained differently and I'm to be the Luna,I can not be seen clubing what will people say about me and what will my father fo when he finds out."I said to her calmly hoping she understood.

" so because I'm not going to be a Luna,you insult me is that it."

Now her eyes were blazing red and I was actually getting scared.

"No,no Nina you miss understood me again,you are getting it all wrong, I'm sorry "I apologized.

" If you want me to forgive you then you need to go to the club with me,don't worry honey pie the club is a little bit far from our pack and no one will recognize you there."she said in assurance smiling widely.

" Fine,I will go but if my father finds out you are in deep trouble with me."I said to her in a defeated tone.

"Don't worry he won't, because I have the perfect plan, honey and trust me nothing can go wrong."
