The White Crescents

The vampires and werewolves were always in a state of war. Vampire venom was lethal to werewolves which is why they were always at a disadvantage. One day something extraordinary happened. A white wolf was born with a white crescent on its chest as his mark. But he wasn’t the only one. Several packs informed the birth of a white crescent wolf. They were not only unique in color and their mark but they possessed two gifts. They were able to suck vampire venom out of other wolves and their flesh which made them invincible. Their second gift granted them the ability of making anyone submit to them by staring them in the eye and that made it impossible for anyone to look into their deep crystal blue eyes for more than three seconds because it paralyzed them in their fear. It was first known to be a curse but soon after, the birth of a white fur was a sign of greatness and power. They were to be the Moon Goddess’ favorite children. Everything had fallen apart. I felt incomplete. Empty! I knew I had changed yet I didn’t know what actually did change. I was most certainly going through anger issues.
