Prologue
The party was still going on when Andrew made his way in through the doors that were already opened wild to welcome those who were yet to come.
Andrew tug the protesting figure known as Amelia Benson his little sister forward as they carefully avoided the drunken bodies that were sprawled on the floor. He notice Amelia cringing her face in disgust when she noticed many couples making out shamelessly, not caring to be seen by others."Drew i don't think i want to be here" she informed as her eyes roam around the place in horror at the sight before her.Andrew rolled his eyes at her statement. This is what normally happens at a teen party but his sister was way too isolated to notice."It' normal lia. It's just that you haven't been to one before"She didn't reply knowing he was right but he still notice the way her eyes look around clearly not liking what she was seeingHe tugged her through the mass of sweaty bodies dancing to the beat of the loud music blaring through the speaker and lead her to the counter."Wait here and don't drink anything until I get back. Okay?"She nodded fixing her glasses nervously. He could tell that she didn't want him to leave her alone but he had to.He left her to go look for his friend. It was quite a battle because he had to struggle his way through drunk and sweaty bodies dancing to the beat of the music.He finally found his friend Francis sited among the other popular students and he wave a hand to catch his attention.Francis saw him and also waved at him to come over. Although reluctant, he stroll over to them."Hey drew" he greeted loudly causing those at the table to look his way."Hi guys" he replied and sat at the space Francis cleared up for him.Many gave a polite reply but others rudely ignored him. Some even gave him curious look like they have never seen him before. which made him feel a little self conscious"Guys this is my buddy drew" Francis made the introductions and some of his friends look at him shocked."Isn't he the brother of that freak?" Kaitlin one of the girls asked. She has light blond hair that stops almost at her butt and she was very beautiful and extremely good at cheer leading which is why the seniors were planing to handing her the role as captain next year. Andrew won't deny that he has some sort of crush on her.Although he didn't like the way she referred to his sister, he kept his mouth shut so he won't upset anyone"My buddy here may be related to that freak but he's nothing like her" Francis assured as he flung an arm around Andrew's shoulder "isn't that right man?" He asked as if to confirm.Andrew kept silent not knowing what to say to this. If he agreed to what Francis said, that means he is agreeing to the fact that his sister is a freak but he couldn't disagree and humiliate Francis in front of his friends.Oh well, lia is going to understand' he assured himself and nodded "of course man, I'm nothing like my sister. We don't even get along" he lied hoping they won't find out that he brought her along with him."Why don't you prove it" one of the guys suggested not believing his words."Um... h- how?"
