Finding a blend of 'Harry Potter' and 'Game of Thrones' through Jon Snow is such a specific and fun reading craving. The most reliable hub for these kinds of crossovers is Archive of Our Own, thanks to its incredibly detailed tagging system. You can search for the 'Jon Snow/Harry Potter' crossover tag directly, or combine the 'Harry Potter - J. K. Rowling' and 'A Song of Ice and Fire - George R. R. Martin' fandoms and then filter the characters. The tags often indicate whether the story features a dimension-hopping Harry landing in Westeros, or a Jon who discovers latent magical abilities, which helps narrow things down.
FanFiction.net also hosts a massive amount of crossover content, though its search function is a bit clunkier. Over there, you'd go to the Books section, select 'Harry Potter', then choose the 'Crossover' category and look for 'Game of Thrones' or 'A Song of Ice and Fire' in the second fandom dropdown. I've found some epic, novel-length stories there where Harry is reborn as Jon's twin, or where the Wall holds secrets connected to the Deathly Hallows. The tone can vary wildly from gritty political intrigue to more overpowered magical romps.
Sometimes a broader search on sites like SpaceBattles or Sufficient Velocity can turn up more unique takes, as those forums often host collaborative writing and quests with fusion elements. Those narratives might explore how Hogwarts magic interacts with the more ritualistic and blood-based sorcery of the Known World, creating fascinating conflicts. My last great find was a story where a grown-up Harry, weary from war, ends up leading the Night's Watch, and the character dynamics with a skeptical Jon were brilliantly written.
Don't forget to check the bookmarks or favorite story lists of authors who write one good crossover you enjoy, as they often have similar tastes. The hunt for the right blend of icy northern stoicism and whimsical British wizardry is part of the adventure, and stumbling upon a story that gets the voice of both characters just right feels like uncovering a secret spellbook.

I've never been lucky.
I lost my parents at a young age to false treason claims against the Redwood Pack. My cruel uncle Storm assumed my father's role of Alpha in the Pack, and ever since he became Alpha, my life has been a living hell.
When he brings news of the Northern Alpha King hosting a ball to pick his Luna of the North, I know my chances are slim and didn't want to go. But my uncle Storm charges me to act as a spy for him. Gather Intel on the runnings of the Northern Pack and bring to him.
Failure to do so?
He'll have my head.
When I meet Alpha King Elijah Lahiz, King of the North under weird circumstances, the mate bond snaps into place, and we're bonded to each other. However, after a night of passion, Elijah acts like I don't exist and picks my best friend, Raya as his Luna.
Distraught and feeling betrayed, I run away to the South and into the patient arms of the Southern King Jeremiah, to escape my uncle's wrath. Jeremiah propositions an alliance to take down both my uncle and Elijah.
But there's a problem. A huge one, really.
I'm carrying Alpha Elijah's child.
Cursed, mated, and in for the fight of their lives…
Warlock Nate Hawthorne just wants a cup of coffee. Is that too much to ask? Apparently. Because instead of precious caffeine, all he gets is cursed by a pack of werewolves who want to use him for his magic. Now the only way to fix the damage is a mate bond to a grumpy and oh-so-sexy alpha in the rival pack, who happens to hate him. This is so not how he wanted to start his day.
Ian Armitage never intended to take Nate as his mate. The Hawthorne family can’t be trusted. Ian knows that better than anyone. The fact that he’s lusted after the way-too-gorgeous man for years? Totally irrelevant. Ian’s just doing what is necessary to protect his pack. This whole mating arrangement has nothing to do with love and never will. That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.
Nate and Ian will have to work together if they have any hope of staving off the pack’s enemies and averting disaster. That’s assuming they can stop arguing (and keep their hands off each other) long enough to save the day…
The Alpha’s Warlock is an explicit M/M paranormal romance featuring a snarky warlock, a brooding alpha werewolf, knotting, enchanted socks (long story), and a guaranteed happily ever after. This series does not contain mpreg.
What would you do if Mr Dark and Frosty crashed right into your life and made you question everything you thought you knew?

Ciara had one job: secure her engagement to the Alpha's heir. She failed.
Rejected at the mating ball and left to freeze in the snow by her own father, she's saved by the last person she expected—Draven Stormclaw, the notorious bastard son everyone fears.
His price for her rescue? Marriage.
He claims he wants the scandal. A way to humiliate the brother who cast her aside. But the way he looks at her—the careful touches, the fierce protection, the warmth hidden beneath his cold reputation—tells a different story.
As Ciara is pulled deeper into Draven's dangerous world, she begins to suspect he's hiding something. That his reasons for saving her run far deeper than revenge.
But with her eighteenth birthday approaching—the day she'll finally sense her true mate—time is running out for secrets.
Because some bonds are written in the stars.
And some are forged in snow and desperation.

Been tracking down Harry/Hermione crossovers for ages, and honestly, it's less about one perfect spot and more about knowing where to look for the kind of crossover you want. If you're after 'Harry Potter' with something like 'Star Wars' or 'Marvel', Archive of Our Own's tag system is unbeatable – you can filter for 'Crossover' and then the specific pairing. But a lot of the older, classic crossovers, like with 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' or 'Lord of the Rings', tend to live over on FanFiction.net, sort of frozen in time from the mid-2000s. You have to wade through a lot of abandoned fics, though.
A weirdly good trick I've found is to search directly for the crossover fandom plus the ship name on Google, because sometimes great stories are hosted on personal blogs or smaller sites that don't get much traffic on the big archives. It's hit or miss, but I found this fantastic 'Harry Potter'/'Sherlock' fusion that way that wasn't properly tagged on AO3.
My current favourite is 'Browncoat, Green Eyes' on AO3 – a 'Firefly' crossover where Hermione is a secret operative and Harry's a smuggler. It just nails their dynamic in a totally new setting.
