I binged this series last month and figuring out the order was half the battle. You start with the main novel 'Trash of the Count's Family' which is complete. After that, it gets a bit more open-ended. There's a side story collection called 'Side Stories 1-6' that you can read anytime after you're a good way into the main plot, maybe after Volume 3 or so—they're mostly character-focused vignettes.
Then you have the sequel, 'The Birth of a Hero'. Chronologically, it starts after the main story ends, but honestly, I'd finish the original completely before jumping in. The tone shifts a bit. There's also a prequel, 'A Child's Summer', which is a short about young Cale. I saved that for last, like a little treat after the long haul. The fan translations can be messy with numbering, so always check the source's table of contents.
My only gripe is the official translation is way behind, so most readers rely on fan projects. It's a commitment, but seeing Cale's whole journey from 'trash' to... well, whatever he is, is worth it. The side stories especially add so much depth to Kim Rok Soo's team.

Main story first. Everything else is extra. The side stories are nice for filling in gaps later, and the sequel feels like a new arc. Just read the main thing and you'll know if you want more. The fan translations list everything in order on their sites anyway.

The order is pretty straightforward, but people overcomplicate it. Main novel first, period. Don't even touch the side stories until you're done with the core story. They'll spoil minor character developments and you won't get the jokes or references.
I made the mistake of reading a side story early because someone said it was 'fluffy,' and it completely undermined a later reveal about one of the kittens. The sequel 'The Birth of a Hero' is a direct continuation, so you need the main story fresh in your mind. The prequel is just a bonus, doesn't matter when you read it.
Stick to the release order: Main Story > Side Stories > Sequel. Keeps the narrative flow intact. Anything else and you're just confusing yourself.

I was the princess sent over by the Werewolf Kingdom for an arranged marriage. I was also meant to be the blood bag of Count Dracula.
In my past life, I helped him rule the Bloodsucking Empire. I willingly allowed him to drain my werewolf blood and even risked a dangerous pregnancy by having a baby of mixed bloodline.
However, all Dracula did was watch his frail childhood crush dig out the baby from my body to save her life.
It was only before I died that I realized he had never loved me. All I was to him was a mobile blood bank.
When I opened my eyes again, I had returned to the Blood Moon Party when I was five months pregnant. Dracula raised the knife with silver blade in his hand. "Be good. All I need is some blood to save Anna."
This time, I did not fight back as I did in my previous life. Dracula mistook it for obedience.
He had no idea that the Werewolf Princess who had once loved him with her life had become mates with the highly aggressive Alpha King of the Werewolf Kingdom.
Man, this gets asked a lot. It’s a bit simpler than it seems, but easy to get lost with all the different platforms. The main story starts with the webnovel, which is fully translated. You can find all 800+ chapters on sites like Wuxiaworld. Start from Chapter 1 there.
After that, if you want the officially published version, there's the webtoon/comic adaptation. It's a decent adaptation but condenses a lot, so I'd treat it as a companion piece. The reading order is basically just: webnovel first, then webtoon if you want visuals. Don't jump into the webtoon thinking it's the full story; it's a highlight reel.
Some people get tripped up by side stories or after stories posted by the author. Those are definitely 'after you finish the main story' material. I accidentally read one early and spoiled a late-game character dynamic for myself, which was annoying.
