Iris did not apply to Aethon Academy. She was taken. One minute she was in her school bathroom. The next she was inside a hidden supernatural world with no way home and no explanation she was willing to accept. They say she belongs here. They say the werewolf bite she barely remembers from when she was ten is the reason. What they are not telling her is everything else. Now she is navigating a world built on power she does not officially have, four supernatural men who will not leave her alone, and something growing inside her blood that is starting to feel like it has a mind of its own. She has one silver eye that sees the truth in people. She is starting to wonder if anyone here deserves to know hers.

One night with the Vampire King ruined me. I was never meant to be his. My name is Rosalinda Grace Stratford. A human Sancta. Raised in blood and obedience for one purpose only. To be mated to my family's sworn Sanguinari and bear his hybrid heir. All I wanted was one night. One choice. One experience that was mine alone. Instead, I shattered a covenant older than kingdoms. Now I am caught between two powerful vampires. One bound to me by sacred blood law. The other claimed by soulbound fate. And the secret I have kept hidden could bring the entire vampire thrall to its knees.

They called me a monster. Guess what? I don't deny it. I was born into one of the most powerful vampire families, but I was never their precious daughter. I was too wild, too rebellious, and too dark for their perfect image. So when they finally got tired of me, they threw me away, forcing me into a marriage I never asked for. I thought I knew what to expect but I was totally wrong. Now I am trapped in a strange kingdom, married to a man who is hiding far more than he lets on, surrounded by deadly secrets that were never meant to be uncovered. Everyone in this place has a label for me; A princess. A villain. A monster. They think they know who I am. But if you want to know the truth, don't ask the people who are afraid of me. Ask me. After all, I'm no saint. I'm Zelpunrap.
