Tuberose

Tuberose

Michael's pov - As I sit in my office, surrounded by the trappings of success, my thoughts drift towards Tuberose. It has been two months since her book was published, and its impact on my life has been nothing short of remarkable. My business has soared to new heights, and her words have resonated with millions of readers worldwide. The book has become a sensation, selling three million copies in just two months, making it the best-selling book of all time. I owe a debt of gratitude to Tuberose for this incredible achievement.

Nice story so far. Keep it up author but I think author should improve in her tenses and grammar. The story is nice one, I like the way she gave glimpses of what would happen in the story in the future. Nice book and story line author, keep it up. But Michael seemed pompous for my liking.

The story is great, the way you portrayed how your closed one (best friend ) can turn into a foe with time, how in one second everything changes and it hurts when you know you are right but no one trusts you. Well done btw, good luck

Quite Interesting and funny at the same time. As the ML characters are of literally 2 different worlds with quite an age difference. So they are always creating funny moments which does bring smile on my face. Waiting for further chapter as how it moves forward.

"Besides, what would we write about? He and I are both entrepreneurs and we both invest in real estate, but his financial statement has a few more zeros in it than mine." "Oh cut it out," said Danny, "you've sold over 26 million copies of your books. You're well known all over the world. You've been in The New York times best seller list for five years. Five years! Only three other books have been on that long. Don't sell yourself short. You are both best-selling authors." "Yeah." He responded sheepishly. "But he still has more zeros and commas. His buildings are taller. He has a prime-time television show. We both play Golf - but he owns golf courses. What would we write about?"

The Writer and Her Alpha

The Writer and Her Alpha

"Whatever happened to love each other first then... then doing the deed after. Is everyone after physical contact only these days? What about getting to know each other first? Chivalry? Romantic date?" I sighed and stopped spinning, facing my laptop and visiting a bookstore's site to see what books sell. Ah, of course, my book wouldn't be in the top 10, and I didn't hope so; what's staring back at me is the top 10 best-selling books for the week, where five of ten are Erotic Romance books. "And I thought my company wouldn't be like other companies who are after profit; I was wrong. Then again, business is business."

The Bookstore Temptation

The Bookstore Temptation

Somewhere in the city—several stories above, in a steel and glass building—Julian Blackwood lay in his dark, sleek bedroom, staring at the book she had given him. He'd never intended to keep it. When Lena Carter had offered it to him—those gentle words, that thoughtful crease between her eyebrows—he'd intended to refuse. But something in her eyes had taken away his intention. It was neither flirting nor pretense. It was genuine. Silent. Generous. He hated kindness. It broke things open. Julian gazed down at the book. The cover was unadorned, the title in gold print: *A Man Called Ove*. He remembered Lena's words:

The Best Decision

The Best Decision

“Mia, not every woman needs to live off a man like you do. Move.” I had no interest in wasting energy arguing. I gestured for them to step aside, planning to wait for Daniel elsewhere. “Wait!” Mia’s voice suddenly rose. Her gaze locked on my wrist, eyes widening. “E-Evelyn, what’s that on your hand?” People nearby began glancing over, curious. Before I could answer, Mia’s voice rang out, full of shock. “Is that… a Patek Philippe Aquanaut Luce? The minute repeater edition? Limited to five pieces worldwide? Three million dollars?”

She decided to buy a few, thinking it will help her gain some inspiration in case she would have a mental block. Meanwhile, Keenan was talking to the sales associate. “Miss, do you have any stock of the book called Spell of the Lonely Dream.” “Hold on, let me check our system.” She typed on her keys and moved around the mouse as she looked at the computer.’’ “Let’s see.. Well, we’re still waiting to restock it. It got sold out immediately just in the first two weeks it was displayed.” “Oh.. I see.” Keenan sighed. Researcher/Scholar[edit] Main articles: Research and Scholarly method Researchers and scholars who write about their discoveries and ideas sometimes have profound effects on society. Scientists and philosophers are good examples because their new ideas can revolutionise the way people think and how they behave. Three of the best known examples of such a revolutionary effect are Nicolaus Copernicus, who wrote De revolutionibus orbium coelestium (1543); Charles Darwin, who wrote On the Origin of Species (1859); and Sigmund Freud, who wrote The Interpretation of Dreams (1899).

"Just tell me." Ivy is used to Cela's lack of emotion. As her editor, she's mastered handling her so well. "Your second book is selling faster than the first one. Only three branches of the bookstore have not confirmed the final sales yet as of 5PM today but the other seven already did!" she told the first good news. "Really?" Cela asked in a casual tone but a smile shortly appeared on her face after realizing she's having a back-to-back success.
