My hand was shaking as I was accepting their request. I also had more than a thousand notifications, thanks to Noah's tag on my name on his post. I was browsing my I*******m account when I saw Anne's latest I*******m post. Her post kill all the excitement that I felt earlier. It was a picture of her and Andrew. It was a candid shot. They look happy and in love. Anne's caption says it all. "Partner"

Oh man, I am just going to enjoy this so much. “Sure” I reply “I am going to be embarrassed… at how easy it was to take down an Alpha King” Peter and Luthor like that one, they give a little cheer. We take our fighting stances opposite each other in the ring. “Sure. Bring it on princess” he says attempting to taunt me “You’ll regret that” I say smiling sweetly at him. Leanna shouts out the rules. “No biting, no transforming, first person to pin the other one for 5 seconds is the winner. Oh and no one kills anyone” she adds the last part with a wink at me. I like her already.

And anyway my phone is mute. So I go back to Meredith and lay beside her. But I can not shut one eye because I'm still thinking about him. Hudson was in the beginning like a... how can I say this? Dumbass. I don't know Hudson so I can't judge him. But what I know is that he's kinda hot. I was always curious about the look of Meredith's brother but I never thought he could be that good-looking. He has green eyes and light brown hair and his body looked very trained. But his British accent was so cute. Omg. Ashley, stop adoring the brother of your best friend. I better go to sleep now.

So many messages at once. With hesitation, I pick up my phone and click on the messages. The pictures I see are my worst nightmare. It's like my heart is sinking. I don't want to come to accept that it's true. I compose myself and zoom the picture to take a closer look at the guys' face. I look up at Collins then back at the picture. I swallow and take in a deep breath. It was getting hard though. Breathing and swallowing. The air around me was getting tensed and I could only feel myself heating up.

the Dj suddenly changed the beat to slow and tense music. I don't know if it is the music or not but I can see the sudden change in his expression. it shifts from a goofy one to a serious one. It looks more intense than it has ever been. he begins to stare down at me and I wonder why the change in demeanour. I don't know why but I begin to feel butterflies in my stomach. I don't know why I suddenly begin to notice how attractive he is. not that I didn't notice earlier but his lips begin to look sexier as he stares down at me.

Roy was quiet all through the meeting because he wasn’t paying any form of attention to whatever it was they were saying but luckily his beta was listening and giving his own opinion and suggestions when necessary. For all he cares they were talking rubbish, no one had the right to tell him how to run his pack. They were all lucky they hadn’t talked out of line because if any did, even if it was by mistake, he wouldn’t hesitate in using that person as a perfect example for the rest. He knew they were all acting like assholes because he was mateless. They were all after his position as alpha but they would only have a taste of it in their dreams.

Hard. "Ouch, That hurt!" I snarled. "I don't care," He snapped back. "Please, you both don't start right now. We reached your hostel, Summer. You both get ready to go inside," Mamma announced, sounding annoyed and it was no wonder. I looked up with my left hand still on my right elbow where that trash-face hit me and saw a building with three storeys — the building was built in the way how typical hostels were built; the exterior was coloured white completely with a gigantic entrance door in the middle where hung a big 'WELCOME' banner above it. There were many windows here and there in every storey.

Fix all the broken things around the pack lands and removing all the rubble and broken trees. More importantly we spent it helping the families that had lost someone and supporting those that had lost their mate as that was one of the hardest things to ever having to deal with, literally loosing the other part of your soul, no one could ever fully recover from that and most chose not to stay in this world.

Ann sat quietly at the wooden table in the small country home, staring down at the old flip phone in her hand. Her fingers traced the edges of the device as the weight of the conversation she had just had with Evelyn lingered heavily in her mind. The night was silent, save for the occasional crackling of the fire burning in the hearth beside her. It was a comforting sound, but tonight, nothing could ease the turmoil that had settled deep in her chest.
