13 Cards Characters Novels & Stories

Yu Liang was silent for a while absorbing these fragments of information about the Dark BL system and some of the system's grand universe secrets. "Just reminding the Host, as it is a Dark BL world, the number of cards that can be used is limited. As it is a beginner world, the limit is 10 cards per day. In the other worlds, the number goes down until the last world that only a few cards can be used during the week" The Xiao Yao system warned in a very solicitous and very kind voice because she was afraid to irritate Yu Liang in the state he was in and was also a little sorry for the poor man.

Then I turn the first card. Death. The familiar image appears at first — the dark rider mounted on a horse moving steadily forward while the world around him changes. Then the image shifts. The rider is no longer faceless. The armor is different. The posture is unmistakable. My breath catches. Kieran. Not exactly him… but close enough that the meaning settles instantly in my chest. The moment passes as quickly as it came. The illustration returns to normal. But the card has already said what it needed to say.

Shuffling a few more times and placing this question on the forefront of her mind, Sera opens her eyes and hands the cards back to Anna. Anna's face remains amused, her head cocking to the side slightly. If Sera didn't know any better, it appears as though someone is speaking in her ear. Anna's thin fingers flip over the first card of the deck, sliding it to the center. The image is of a cherub holding a large sun, only it's facing Anna—not her.

They both checked their cards. Lily, raise 300 and Lyla calls. Lily took the cards and started placing them 1 card face down and the remaining cards face up. There was the black 4 of spade, black 6 of club, and red 6 of diamond, Lily smiled and Lyla twitched her lips.

Leander reminded him, “Don't open it yet, brother, we'll show you the cards later. Faye, don't hesitate. Pick one!” “All right...” I was a little nervous by his urging, and randomly took a card, held it in my hand. “Not the smallest, not the smallest, not the smallest...” I prayed in my heart. I was the least dressed of the three! Next, Leander takes one. “Show your cards,” Liam said flatly. As soon as the words fell, the three of us opened the cards at the same time. My card is ten clubs. Liam's card is 7 of Hearts.

I needed to get out of there as soon as possible. Liam grabbed my hand, his touch so soft I would have melted if I wasn’t so embraced, and walked us over to the other couch directly opposite the one the man was sitting on. I just wanted to disappear and let the earth open up and swallow me but Liam had other plans. He sat down and pulled me down so that I was sitting next to him as he held my hand in his protectively. “Just because I gave you a keycard to my suite doesn’t mean you can budge in here whenever you feel like it,” Liam scowled. “You interrupted me in the middle of something.”

“Where did you get that? “Sir Jacob gave it to me.” “Is this..” Leo crossed the distance between them in two steps. With slightly shaking hands he reached and took the card. He turned it over, turned it again. Then, as though his sight alone couldn't be trusted, he raised it slowly to his mouth and bit down hard on the edge. “Oh my God!” he clutched the card against his chest. “This is actually a black card. A real one. There's only ten of these existing. Ten. Do you know what this means?”

I could already imagine the amount of bickering that they would do at the arcades. “Stop already, both of you. We are not even halfway there. Save your energy for later,” I said, in an effort to end this childish fighting. They always do this. It sometimes makes me think that they just do so to get each other’s attention. It is not impossible for them to have fallen for each other, right? Actually, it has crossed my mind not just once that they really look good together. Plus, they complement each other’s personalities. Lucas is very introverted, while Kat is friends with the whole campus. “El, is something wrong? You have suddenly gotten quiet. I could almost hear you thinking from here. Is

Resulting in three witches being knocked out of the game. "Unfortunately Ziyah, Sophia and Ruby you guys are out," Vivienne frowned. The three girls frowned and groaned in response to their defeat. All of the materialized objects were sucked back into their cards. The three girls who had lost had all of their cards fade into the air. I was left with three cards now.

My options. "I see you don´t know what to choose." My Master passes me several playing cards. Not a full pack, just the Ten, Knave, Queen, King and Ace of Hearts. I look at them blankly. "Master?" "We going to play a game Charlotte, and you are the prize. You will shuffle and deal the cards. You will give each of us a card. When it is time for a new...um... participant, you will call a card. The holder of that card takes a turn.
