2 Cor 12:9 Mga Nobela at Kwento

MARY’S POV "The spiritual man judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." (1 Corinthians 2:15) The air in the room was thick with the scent of cheap air freshener and disinfectant; the heat of five bodies packed into a space meant for two hung in the air. I sat at the head of the circle, my Bible open to the Book of Proverbs. My phone vibrated continuously inside my denim skirt pocket.

Jennifer replied "Okay, then you should try that and reading the bible for once. Because that also helps getting rid of anger, too" "You know that it's been awhile since I've read the bible. I wouldn't know what scriptures to read on" "Well, there's Ephesians chapter four verse thirty one and two. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice. And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you"

After a brief silence “Conversely, we possess the heavenly ability to destroy fortresses.” Nancy touches the bath towel and rubs it over her face as the memories rush back. "We demolish arguments and every pretense that sets itself against the actual knowledges of God and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." She proceeds with her proclamation. "And once Your obedience is perfect, we will be prepared to punish every act of disobedience." And that's what I discovered after reading and considering 2 Corinthians 10:10 in the Bible. "We hear again the promises of God: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, God’s mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning, great is your faithfulness. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Jesus said: Come to me, all you that are weary and whose load is heavy, and I will give you rest ... for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. What can separate us from the love of Christ? Can hardship or distress? No, in all this we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. - Romans 6:4 * * * * The rain was pelting heavily against the windows of Miki’s bedroom, and the sounds of thunder rumbled in the distance.

“ You do know that it's only Tuesday today, the third day of the week. ” “ I know, right? ” “ Yeah. My favorite verse for this week is Matthew 6vs25. Which says, “ Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not life more than meat, and the body more than raiment? ” “ Oh, wow. That's a very beautiful verse. Mine has been, Ephesians 4 vs 32. Which says, “ And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. ”

Timotheus was confused for a while. “Or the letters since the numbers were in successive form.” Xol suggested. “Let's settle with the letters,” Ferran decided. “1… 2… 3…” Blair counted and they ended up with a certain word. “...world.” Czaquira immediately wrote the word beside the codes. “Rom… Rom… Romans 12:12!” Timotheus quickly found verse and counted again. “Hope,” She said. “Second Corinthians?” Ferran asked while looking at the last one they needed to decipher.

I could only recall a bible quotation, maybe the book of the Bible where it can be found, but not the exact reference. When I came, they had just finished a round where anyone interested would come out and quote a scripture with its exact reference. What they were doing when I came was the leader would either quote a scripture and someone would tell him where it's found or he would mention a reference and someone would tell him, the scripture there. "Galatians 2:20?" "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me"
