Lily sat astride his lap, and with one swift motion, her wetness sheathed his pulsating member. Lily's soft whimpers filled the room. Grey's own gasps soon joined hers. There was no fear in them, only a cold, calculating gaze that mirrored his own. She wasn’t beaten yet, not completely. And that was what intrigued Grey the most. He stopped in front of her and crouched down, bringing his face level with hers. "You must be wondering what happens next," he said softly. "Well, I'm not staying to find out. My part in this is done."

Black smirked and bit his lower lip—mimicking the photo Grey had received on Instaglow. “I’m not gay, okay!” Grey suddenly shouted, drawing attention from everyone nearby. “What the hell! Let go of my hand!” Black finally let go, winked, and licked his lips seductively. Blue ran to Grey behind the counter and whispered in his ear. “Why don’t you use your powers on Black too? Did you forget?” Grey grinned. “Right.” He stepped out from behind the counter and stood beside Black. Placing his hand on the young man’s waist, Grey leaned in.

It was nice to have someone to talk about his romantic life with –semi pseudo paraplegic romance –even though it wasn't for free. It felt regular and archaic and old and a total cliché when he took his first step towards the man. He expected to feel something new, but it was still the same. From the ground floor elevator to the third floor where Hamilton's office was; the purple orchid that hung to right side of the door; the room thirty seven copper plated office number with Dr H. E. Greenfield boldly inscribed beneath, everything up unto this moment felt too predictable and strangely insipid.

He still had that strange look in his eyes and I couldn't tell what it meant. But I nodded. "I need a minute." I sat up slightly and pulled out the phone from my pocket. Grey was looking at me but my full focus was on the device. I scrolled to the contacts and found the one labelled ‘Kiara's Second Number’ and opened it.

"How long will it take you?" "Twenty minutes. Maybe less." I exhaled. "Okay. Please hurry." "I will." I turned back to the room and arranged my face. "He's on his way. Twenty minutes." Grey's mother sighed. Diaman smiled. "Classic Grey. Always making people wait." Katy laughed her sharp laugh. I ignored both of them and finished my champagne. Twenty five minutes later the door opened and Grey walked in. He looked exhausted. Tie loosened, hair slightly pushed back, jacket carrying the wrinkles of a very long day. But he was here and something in my chest settled at the sight of him even now even after everything.
