The Unwanted Prince

The Unwanted Prince

Diane pleaded as tears streamed down her cheeks. She had been incredibly afraid of fire ever since her father perished in the flames when she was at a young age. He had rushed into a flaming barn that had caught fire due to her childish antics to rescue her favourite doll despite barely making it out with her earlier. Almost as if a presentiment, he never made it back out. Ever since then, Diane had beaten herself up over his death and had been afraid of large fires. She could never join the other villagers back in Vogrant even during the end of summer at the Summer festival where they danced in the night surrounding a large bonfire due to this fact.

The Hated Slave Luna.

The Hated Slave Luna.

We watch as random pack members pass, none of them behaving in any suspicious way, then suddenly Allyssa bursts out of the doors, bolting like her life depends on it, she runs without looking back, like someone or something is at her heels. Two minutes later, the building goes up in flames. "Oh" Dylan mutters and I find that to be the best way to describe this messy situation. Allyssa set the storage room on fire, then proceeded to come and have a make out session with me. I feel repulsed. "So Allyssa did this?" Dylan asks like it isn't clear as day, and I give him a glare. "But why would she set the storage room on fire, what would she benefit from that" I thought aloud.

THE LUNA'S ECLIPSE

THE LUNA'S ECLIPSE

The golden liquid shimmered beneath the moonlight, waiting to be set ablaze. I bit my lip. I had no idea if Dimitri had tampered with the fire. But after everything he had revealed… I couldn’t rule it out. The King and Riven stepped forward, each taking an ornate torch from the elders. The crowd watched in silence, anticipation thick in the air. Dimitri clasped his hands together. "Let the fire burn bright!" The moment the torches met the sacred oils, a burst of flames erupted, dancing wildly against the night sky.

Alpha Daryl

Alpha Daryl

It was to late, flames erupted from nowhere, running around in a huge ring, trapping us in a a circle of fire, a laugh coming from nearby and as I look up I see Breydon’s lanky body standing on the balcony. The flames growing higher by the second, there was no way out without being caught alight, people were panicking, some were hugging each other as they knew the end was near but as I stared at the laughing Breydon, I knew there was something he didn’t know about me, my witch side and what I was capable of. I watch on as Daryl and Christian try to reassure those who came with us and Daryl screams out to me as I step towards the flames, plunging my hand into the flames as I stare at Breydon

I binged this story in a couple of days, still hooked! Yes there are some grammatical errors but the plot shines through.. still a few unanswered questions, hoping they’re addressed in the next chapters

Roses and Gunfire: The Price of Devotion

Roses and Gunfire: The Price of Devotion

Especially those on graveyard shift. Dylan almost lost himself when he saw the fire. The fire crackled and roared. It is obvious that it has no intention of beating the waters of firefighters. The orange and red flames liked the walls. Tears started to stream down Dylan's face. He just confessed; he just had a chance to make things right for her; he just wanted to have her. Why? Why is this happening? His hand shook uncontrollably, his nails digging into his palms as he fought against the restraint of his friend.

The Dreaded Alpha’s Surrogate

The Dreaded Alpha’s Surrogate

With enough sense to know not to bare her cleavage before a Luna and her husband. “Goddess help me,” I prayed, watching the dance of flames in the fireplace until it turned to smoldering ash. Help me so I don't kill anyone…not this time.

GAME OF ALPHAS

GAME OF ALPHAS

Duncan growled, racing towards Pyra with the force of a rocket. “By the power bestowed on me as the one who comes in fours. You, Duncan, have been sentenced to death by crimson fire.” Now, Pyra was in her wolf form, fully transformed. As Duncan reached her, she maneuvered to the left, her fangs sinking into his neck. She flung his huge, oversized body into the air, not giving him any chance as she summoned the crimson fire within her veins, and with a raging inferno, the fire erupted from Pyra’s entire body, a torrent of crimson flames that roared with the fury of a thousand storms. It surged forward, engulfing Duncan mid-air, swallowing him whole. The heat was blistering, a scorching infern

BLOODY OBSESSION

BLOODY OBSESSION

"Persephone was worried you would be in trouble..." "I know you were worried yourself. You do not have to use Persephone to make yourself appear uncaring" he said, took a deep breath, and let it out before continuing. "Thank you anyways. You finally put Alaric to sleep as he deserved. Let's go Dawn" he said, the scowl still on his face. Dawn followed him out, the scent of gasoline chasing them along and they both knew it was all Fatimah's doing. They were soon outside the building, and they stood watching as the house caught on fire, the fumes of burning flesh filling the air as the fire raged and spread around the house.

Notice Me, Darling!

Notice Me, Darling!

Oh, before I start the fire, I should start addressing you as my 'sister-in-law'," Dylan said as he took out a lighter from his pocket. He flicked the lighter and showed the flame to Lyla. Lyla was devastated when she saw the flickering flame. So, this was the end of her? "Please take care of my brother when you see him, my dear sister-in-law." Dylan smiled creepily. The dancing flame shone on the man's face, making his glare extremely terrifying to Lyla. "Goodbye." Dylan then threw the lighter to the corner of a wall. When the flame caught onto the gasoline, the fire instantly spread to every corner of the house.

Reclaimed by My Alpha

Reclaimed by My Alpha(Reclaimed by My Ruthless Alpha)

*** The pyre was built on Damon’s packlands, in the high clearing near the ridge where the mist rolled in low and thick and the trees stood in mourning. There was no body to burn. Only the box. Her ring. Her scarf. A small bundle of lavender and cedar—her favorite scent. The pack gathered quietly at the edge of the woods, heads bowed. Damon stood beside me, arms folded, jaw locked. Lilith was on my other side, a respectful distance back. I stepped forward alone. The flames caught slowly. They licked at the corners of the wood, hungrily swallowing the kindling. I didn’t blink. I didn’t breathe.

I really enjoy this novel and hope to see more, as it’s been 2 months. I miss the original cover and how it reflected the FL’s strength and leadership. The new cover suggests a very different kind of story. Please bring back original cover, or hope future artwork better reflects the story.

I love this story! 594 chapters in and I still find myself captivated by it. The characters, the world building and the evolving nature of everything is so fascinating. I’d love to see what happens next, and I really hope this continues!
