I giggle, going through the N*****x selection. “I don’t mind, watching it with you is genuinely all that matters to me” Jim smiles “Let’s watch this movie” I say, pointing to the selection on the Tv screen. “Your wish is my command, baby girl…. Although that looks more horror than romance” Jim tells me “Shhhhhh” I shush him, wanting him to watch the movie Jim and I settle into the cozy embrace, the soft glow of the TV casting a warm ambiance. The movie begins, unfolding its narrative on the screen. As the scenes play out, I feel a range of emotions; anticipation, laughter, and occasionally a gasp of surprise.
