I murmur, my hand sliding up to cup her breast, fingers tweaking her nipple just enough to make her whimper. “Yes, baby,” she whispers. “Good girl.”

Some mocked me for being blind, claiming that I shouldn’t waste my time on a guy like Trevis. They used many insulting words, which angered me. I ordered a glass of juice, discreetly sneezed into it, and then had the waiter deliver it to their table. Those people didn't suspect a thing and were quite thankful to me. Watching them sip the juice in their foolish manner, I couldn't help but laugh. However, when I turned around, Trevis was glaring at me, his face cold. He grabbed my arm and pulled me outside, scolding me. "Kathryn, what you did was wrong!"

A whimper barely leaves my mouth when Nikona jumps over to me. "Looks like someone's having too much fun.Would it hurt to have my part of fun?" His sinister voice runs through my head.A strong shiver of fear surged through me.I try to move away from him but he nips me in the thigh and drags me back to him.I whimper, desperate to get away from him.

“ Meara!” The whispers started again, soft but notable. I tensed, my eyes snapping open. I scanned the field, but there was no one in sight. The sound seemed to come from the tree itself, from the rustling of its leaves. I pressed my palms against the rough bark and closed my eyes, focusing on the whispers. " Come... find... me..." The words were faint but distinct. My heart raced. Was I losing my mind, or was there something more to these whispers? I stood up, brushing the dirt off my jeans, and took a few steps back. The whispers grew louder, more insistent.

After she had disentangled herself from Sam’s embrace earlier, teasing him, knowing fully well that he was beginning to get heated up, she slowly backed away, wearing a smirk on her face. Before she left his office, she whispered something into his ear which caused a wolfish grin to appear on his face. They were the only ones left in the agency but she went ahead first to get some preparations done.

She was wearing a mini skirt and that was why it touched her bare skin. Everyone around them was too clueless to even notice what was happening, not one of them knew that something horrible was transpiring. Annika on the other hand didn’t know what she was going to do, she felt offended. She froze on the spot even though in her mind, she was already thinking what she wanted to do to them.

‘This doesn’t sound difficult at all. Cameron chuckled. “You’ll know after you give it a try.” She stepped aside, leaned comfortably against the guardrail, grabbed a handful of pistachios from a plate, and started snacking on them. Daisie swung the whip and aimed it at Mahina’s arm, but she turned sideways and avoided her attack. She was rather agile, but Daisie did not give up and continued to swing the whip horizontally, and the soft whip slashed across the stagnant air and whistled like the wind.

He drew nearer and nearer, and although my back was already glued to the wall, I still tried to move back in fear. His face was just inches from mine as he delicately traced the contours of my chin, sending a ticklish sensation through my skin with each gentle glide of his fingers. “That is an option I’m considering. But,” he moved his hand away from my chin, and his fingers traveled down to my lips, “I can’t. Even if I wanted to,” he whispered. He then turned to leave. “See you around, little mouse.” I plopped to the ground, still in shock as I watched his back disappear from my sight.

I said, pulling her back. I was taken aback by the next thing she did. Whitney opened her mouth, revealing her sharp teeth and launching her claws like she was going to attack me. “Stay away from me; you’ve been warned.” She said and then started walking away. What just happened? Was that my best friend just now? Was everybody running insane? Deciding not to allow what just happened to set off my mood. I wandered to the back of the palace, strolling around till I got to a place that read “Stay off—Alpha’s Zone.”.

Chiri was only left with a few of their white feathers as she stepped towards the sound of the commotion. The banishment reacting to her immediately, upon gauging her intent to step across its threshold. It propelled Chiri backward. Her skin still stinging from where she had made contact with the barrier, her eyes latched determinedly on to the end of the corridor set within the thick wall. The partner she had sworn to protect on the other side, Chiri was not to be easily dissuaded from her seemingly impossible efforts. Marching towards the entry again she threw out a fist to test its durability. Colliding with the invisible wall of the barrier, she felt the shudder of the impact travel up h
