The Abyss reacted instantly. Shadows surged around them, tendrils lashing out like whips, attempting to drag them into the void. The illusions of Emily multiplied each version more menacing than the last, whispering doubts, fears, and accusations. “You are too late,” one hissed. “She belongs to the Abyss now.”
