'I can't believe I fell asleep packing my clothes,' I yawn. 'Your body is busy creating our little baby. It's normal to be tired.' Ace smiles. 'How do you know?' Ace pulls a book out from his suitcase and passes it to me. I read the title out loud. 'All You Need to Know About Pregnancy,' I say, giving him a look. 'Have you really been reading this?' 'Yep. You've been falling asleep early each night and I didn’t want the TV to wake you, so I thought I'd read. I saw this book when we went shopping the other day and I thought it might be a smart idea to read it.'

"That's what you said last semester yet, you walked past us with a GPA of 3.0, boy, how did you do that? You get witch?" "Do what?" Ace hopped into his car, unlocked the doors, and turned on the air conditioner before he turned into a Christmas turkey. "I watched you the whole CA week and you mostly got lost in your thoughts and barely scanned through the handouts I gave you," he chuckled to himself, "Men, you probably using black magic or something." Ace ignited the engine after shrugging nonchalantly. "Are we heading to your place or mine? I need a place to rest my thumping head as I speak."

The Ace Wine Corp whom been managed by Alexander wasn't in good condition too. "Shall we go there? I'm so excited to meet his wife." Eloisa raises her tattoed eyebrows at her husband. Kent who was busy playing at Dilan heard her and answered back. "Yes, of course. Even Gale and I had a terrible misunderstanding before, I'm so happy that he still thinks about us!" He said and played their son again. Eloisa set a smile on her face while texting Brian about Lucy. She's sure that Lucy was dead by digging the hole he made when he shot her.

Ace said looking at me, ignoring chris's remark. "Yes , I had a long night " "Doing?, Never mind" he said rubbing his temple "Exactly , well I contacted an old friend and also added finishing touches to my project" "Good for you, I see you and Chris are getting along so no introductions needed" "Yes , he is such a sweet person" I wish I had not said that , it was too late! Ace took a quick glance at me , "sweet?, Wow, women are impossible creatures" he muttered as he walked towards the door in his blue sweat top and bottom Jersey.

Summer's POV I made it to the library a few minutes before four, claimed our usual table in the back corner, and had my books stacked and ready by the time Ace strolled in, bag slung over one shoulder like he had nowhere better to be. "You're early," he said, dropping into the seat across from me. He smirked and pulled his textbook out, and for about four minutes, it actually looked like we might get somewhere. Then someone at the next table whispered something that wasn't nearly as quiet as they thought it was, and three heads turned our way at once.

In Savannah's mind, it's a good thing no servants passed by, no one saw them. When they reached her room, Ace carefully placed her on her bed. He was so careful. He even removed her heels and adjusted her pillow. Savannah was silent. In truth, she should have sent him away, but she just watched him until he approached the air conditioner and adjusted the temperature. She saw him lower it.

“Fine, you win.” I was relieved. I bent down, picking up my book from the grass, brushing the dirt from its cover. My hands shook a little, but I tried to hide it as I sat back down. Opening it again gave me something to do, even though I wasn’t reading a word. Ace plopped beside me, sprawled in a careless way, one leg kicked out, his arms draped across the back of my chair. “Is this how you’ll be spending the summer break? You’re impossible,” I muttered, my eyes fixed stubbornly on the page.

" We’ve already raised a ton of cash. " "Do you want any company ?" One of the girls that Graham took a step towards me and slid a finger against my chest. "No, thank you," she said stopping her hand. "Kace is a one-woman man, unfortunately," Graham said and she went back into his arms. "And his woman is over there with another man."

Every conceivable style of furniture, as if he was a collector looking for one of everything.
