Charlie asked again, “Do you know that he has some kind of disability that he just recently developed?” Adrian shook his head. “Stop beating around the bush. Just say whatever you want to say!” Charlie smiled. “He has erectile dysfunction. To simply put it, his penis is useless, but he’s still fertile, meaning to say that if he wants to have children, he can conceive a baby via artificial insemination…” Everyone at the scene was at a loss for words. ‘What is this guy trying to say?’ At this moment, Charlie laughed sinisterly and said, “However, your son isn’t so lucky. From now on, he won’t be able to have children.”

“We were good. We never had problems.” Adrian didn’t answer. His eyes slowly dropped to her legs. The reason was clear. Painfully clear. Elowen straightened in her wheelchair as understanding crashed over her. It felt like her soul had been ripped out of her body. “But you said you didn’t mind,” she whispered. After the accident, he had promised her forever. “I know I did,” Adrian sighed. “But I can’t anymore. I’m the CEO of Jones Holdings. I can’t end up with someone who can’t walk.”

Andrew announced bouncing into the room once again. "Recover?" Adrian asked shocked. "Yeah, he obtained a spinal cord injury which has led to temporary paralysis, and we are lucky it isn't severe, so he will be able to walk on all fours in a few weeks." Andrew sat on the bed beside him. "And look, he's even gotten his own special wheelchair and he is walking just fine in it, here is a picture Naomi just sent me." Andrew showed Adrian the picture and he couldn't help the tears running down his face.

Lisa continued probing. Yanny hesitated slightly before explaining, "Because I wear a hearing aid. I'm disabled, and they said I should go to a school for disabled children. I shouldn't be here. They say Mom must have done something terrible in the past, which was why I was born with a disability."

He was so upset that his throat closed up, and he could only shake his head in reply. Jared had drunk too much wine, so he was leaning against the wall for support. He reached out to pat Ian gently on the shoulder. "Having a physical disability doesn't mean that your willpower is similarly crippled, Ian. You'll have a great career ahead of you. Once you've amassed enough power, nobody will dare laugh at you anymore." It took a while for Ian to find his voice. "I can't do anything right now. I'm still a burden to Mom and Yvonne…"

Almost immediately, my facial expression switched from shock to disgust and annoyance "Just listen to that gibberish explanation you just gave. When you knew you were incapable, when you knew you had no trust in yourself let alone trusting another, why then did you decide to apologise to her and get her back?? You don't deserve her." I spat out in disgust I was about to continue when the doctor approached them. "Good evening, Miss Walker" he greeted "Good evening doctor. How is she??" Vina questioned "She's already responding to treatment and should be up by tomorrow" he explained

He said as he looked back at Justin. “He wasn't speaking because he was neglected or because there was something wrong with him. Justin is autistic, Adrian. He experiences the world differently.” He said and Adrian looked away. “He has always been like this,” he said quietly. “I know.” The doctor said as he rested a hand on his shoulder. “And you've done everything you could.” For the first time, Adrian's face cracked but just slightly. “I don't know if I did enough.” He whispered, his head lowered.

Reid’s jaw tightened almost imperceptibly. “And you believed her,” Reid said flatly. Adrian lowered his head. “I didn’t have a choice...I have lost my job, and my mom was admitted.. and needs an emergency treatment.. the treatment which I give wasn't able to give her in 6 years, she..she was surviving on medicines” James laughed, sharp and humorless. “There’s always a choice. You just picked the one that paid best.” Adrian looked up, desperation flooding his face. “You don’t understand. The doctors said if the medication stopped even for a week...”

Gwan who are both shocked. "What?" Jung-Ho raises his voice, making Mrs. Gwan hold his hand. "Yes Mr. Gwan, At first we thought it was because she was unconscious for a month but unfortunately nothing worked on her. It will take time to get her vision back." He looks at them and continues. "But, we are not sure there are only 2% chances." He continues and pauses while glancing at Mrs. Gwan and Jung-Ho. "What do you mean?" Jung-Ho asks.
