Berdalih tidak kunjung mendapatkan momongan akhirnya Rindu memutuskan bercerai setelah mengetahui suaminya berselingkuh dengan kakak kandungnya sendiri, Sahira. Bagaimanakah nasib Rindu selanjutnya setelah kenyataan pahit itu mengakhiri rumah tangganya apalagi ditambah vonis dokter yang menyatakan umurnya tidak panjang karena penyakit yang mematikan di dalam tubuhnya.
