I stepped forward, falling to my knees In Front of the witch, “Come with us, please, let us protect you.” “I said no!” She screamed, distancing herself. “We don't have much time!” I screamed in panic. The witch ran off with the sword, and I attempted to run after her with the others. Just then, it wasn't up to five seconds, the Witch's head rolled down to my feet. I was terrified, I looked up, and there Alastor stood, holding the remains of the Witch's body, he had snapped a full-blooded witch into two and thrown her head to my feet.

I understand the impending doom, but there is no need to accelerate the process. I looked around, and then I saw his cousin morph into a beast, as tall as a building. Piercing eyes, horns, scales, and smoke fumed out of its nose. His golden eyes locked with us, and then he lowered himself like a puppy, his tail bouncing from side to side. Asteria scratched the back of its ear and whispered, “Thanks for taking us.”

Stars exploded across my vision. Silas — the man whose walking pace seemed mathematically calibrated — actually had a tail? With shaking hands, I posted my very first question on Mischief & Mayhem: "Saw someone with a black heart-shaped tail. AR filter or actual monster?" I felt like my soul was being pulled away from my body! I immediately flailed and was able to get away from his grip. The moment I felt the cold floor on my feet, I immediately dropped down and squeezed myself on the corner. I still feel weird… my tail feels weird!
