Alphas Betas And Omegas Novels & Stories

That alone would be an insult to her. Who would have thought an alpha to become an omega? That had never happened before and Crinka wondered why her. She was the first female alpha. She can't also be the first alpha to become an omega. But it had happened, and there was no changing that. Omegas were treated like dirt in Bluestone pack. One had bravely voiced out his complaints, and what had Crinka done? She paid no heed to his complaints, increased his work in the packhouse and rendered him homeless. Now it was her turn. This was surely karma coming back at her.

It was a magnet, and she was the metal, irresistibly drawn to them. But still, she fought it. She had to. They were Alphas, and she was just an omega. She couldn’t let herself be consumed by this - no matter how badly her body, her wolf, wanted it.

The first is primary gender determined from birth, of which there are two types: male and female. The second is secondary gender that manifests in early adolescence, of which there are three types: alpha, omega, and beta. Also called reproductive gender. Omegas can only get pregnant from relationships with alphas, and betas can only get pregnant from relationships with alphas or other betas. And. Alphas can be female, and omegas can be male…? Wait, so does that mean anyone who’s an alpha can impregnate someone, and anyone who’s an omega can potentially get pregnant?

“I thought you had alphas?” “Ah, the way you all classify yourself is not the same for lycans. You use alpha, beta, etc. to denote a position in your pack. Lycans use the same terms to define dynamics and propensities. Alpha lycans are the most powerful, most adept for combat. Betas are next and so down the line until gammas. Omegas are those with virtually no self-defense mechanisms. Most of them can’t even shift.” Her jaw dropped. “Ever?”

Gammas typically had a strong dislike for their mates and often kept to themselves. Betas, on the other hand, possessed leadership and strength but were not as stubborn as alphas. Omegas were considered the weakest and were known for their tendency to be easily frightened and seek help when faced with danger. Bella understood that she fell into the Omega category, and while she accepted her role, she couldn't help but admire the qualities of the beta she was currently conversing with. Bella, despite her acceptance of being an Omega, couldn't help but find Aurora's situation intriguing. She often wondered if the Moon goddess had made a mistake, as Aurora didn't seem to fit the typical Beta tr

When the world has changed, sub-genders within a community are no longer foreign, men and women today are born with sub-genders that become increasingly prominent with age. Each birth will comprise 89% of the Beta group, where these Betas exhibit physical traits similar to ordinary humans, forming the majority of the general population. About 10% of births have the Alpha sub-gender; Alphas possess advantages over both Betas and Omegas. Alphas are characterized by stronger and more masculine physical traits and superior leadership skills, which is why almost all individuals with the Alpha sub-gender dominate sectors like finance and politics worldwide. At the very bottom and rarest is the Ome

When I hesitated, he added, "Please." The 'please' caught me off guard. In nine years, I couldn't remember any of them ever saying that word to me. I perched on the edge of the chair, watching warily as they arranged themselves around me - Liam behind his desk, Ethan lounging against a bookshelf, and Noah taking the chair beside me. "We know this is... unexpected," Liam began, his fingers drumming against the desk's polished surface. "For all of us." I couldn't help but laugh, though there was no humor in it. "Unexpected? That's one way to put it. The three alphas who've made my life hell for nearly a decade turn out to be my mates. The universe must have a sick sense of humor."

‘’You can’t avoid them forever, pup,’’ Rica whined ‘’Watch me’’ Even though I’m thinking that way, I still felt a sudden ache and pull at the thought of them. ‘’Well, I hope I turned out to be an alpha or better still a beta.’’ ‘’ What happened to omegas? We could be that’’ ''We can’t be that, anything but that, I whined as I sat down on my bed in the dorm. The few classes I have attended taught me about alpha, beta, omegas and their ability, strengths, and weaknesses. While alpha and beta sounds preferable, being an omega sounds stressful and painful too. Felix also gave me a depth about them.

All of this felt like a nightmare I couldn't wake up from. “Right, so as you’re a high school student, you must be well aware of the basic Omega anatomy,” Dr. Sharpe said as she took the scanning wand in hand. “The Omega body is highly optimized for childbirth. For Betas and Alphas, pregnancy is harder and longer. The gestation period is nine to ten months for Betas, and twelve to thirteen months for Alphas. But for Omegas, it’s only four to five months. Which means the baby grows more than twice as fast compared to Betas.”

“But yours—” “Both of them are lit up,” I said, “What does that even mean?” “Truly, you have developed omega traits, but you still have your Alpha traits,” Gerard said, “which is weird, because my drugs don’t work this way.” Gerard began his medical gibberish about how Alphas and omegas have an extra part of the brain called something that sounded like what could summon a demon, how his drug altered that part and neurotransmitter, breaking genetic sheath—whatever the fuck that meant.
