"What happened in the past?" Bianca asked the old man. He took a deep breath and began to narrate how Daniel and Joshua, the first-ever alpha of the SunVille and moonshine packs respectively, merged the pack. Bianca leaned forward, captivated by the old man's story. She had always been fascinated by the history of the packs and the legends that had shaped them.

Terror washed me down as I stared. Holy Bond pack is the weirdest, and my family… one weird people living in a weirdo land. A slave and you're all happy about it? My heart began to rise above my throat with every thick step the god of all Alphas brought towards me. His dark demeanor was daring and it smelled like high flame sizzling my flesh. He towered over me and I swallowed, harder than a ball stuck in the throat of a tiny fish. "Oh, hello there…" Licking his lips, he looked me up and down as if ready to crush an ant underneath his heavy boot. "So you're my Chosan? How interesting."

The room was dark, and silent, with Ronan asleep on his side. My heart was racing enough to hurt. For a long moment, I just sat there, fists clenched in the sheets, It took me longer than it should to realize that Ronan had a Alpha Rut. Instead a burn was in my chest, coiled and tight. “Damn it,” I muttered. Alphas did not have dreams like that, where we wake up feeling like something had been taken from them. They especially didn't wake up with the image of another Alpha's hands on someone they shouldn't want.

Delivery by Friday. It was Davan’s handwriting. He didn't just sign me away; he traded me. He traded my life to buy a luxury car for Zola. “He sold me,” I whispered, the words tasting like ash in my mouth. “He actually sold me.” I flipped the page, my eyes blurring as I read the fine print. Recipients: The Vord Alphas. Caelum and Rysen Vord. Everyone across the northern and southern territories knew those names. They were the twin Alphas, men who ran their territory with absolute brutality. They didn't take unranked girls. They didn't do charity.

An Alpha. Finally free.

“No one suspected you?” The pack doctor shook his head, his beard bouncing as he did. “I went to the strange Alphas, and let me tell you; they are the ones who will make you shit your pants with just one look. Twice my size. But I had these pills to make me an Alpha, and they didn't even flinch at my scent. Just pointed, asked what I was doing outside the border, and I made up some story and got out. The pills worked, I tell you.” Allie was amazed by the story, her eyes wide and mouth hanging slightly open in awe. And that’s how she started taking those pills from the past six months.

I'd rather live alone in a simple and small house than in a palace that will never do good to my situation right now. The door creaked as someone opened it from the outside. I was waiting for that person to enter and It was him, Blade. He was looking at me with his blazing fire, a red pair of eyes, it's not him, it's not Blade that I'm seeing, who is he? I know my Blade, his eyes aren't red and he doesn't have any reason to be this mad at me. Is it possible that there's someone pretending to be Blade? Is it possible for an alpha to have an impostor? If it is, then what happened to Blade? I held Via's trembling hand and whispered to her.

he smiles while reading the file we gave him, Riley opens the file but sighs throwing it on the table annoyed, I guess he didn't like it. I walk over to read it myself, when you're given a file they don't give you all the information. You basically have to piece it all together like a jigsaw, Riley likes to say the people that make the file have all the information but they just wanna make us work harder. This one was about a Beta called Lukas, now I know why Riley's annoyed. "Why do we always get stuck with the Alpha's and Beta's?" He asks annoyed crossing his arms, Morgan just laughs shaking his head as he went, which Riley didn't like.
