Alucard X Reader Novels & Stories

I was not afraid of Lenox or Elisa's threat, but this man, just being able to breathe the same air as him, you could tell how ruthless he was. But even after the man had been called, he did not react and continued to stare at me. I was one hundred percent sure that everyone was waiting to see my tragic ending. Although this alpha Lucien has never been to this city, his name was known all over. He was not someone who would flinch even if the emperor was dying right before his eyes, what about a small fry like me who was only a pack omega? The more he stared at me, the more nervous I became. I did not dare breathe out loud for the fear that he might notice that I was still alive.

It couldn’t be. The men must have done something to me to make me end up like this. They were after me. All four of them. Evil people. I took a deep breath and pushed myself up from the bed when I noticed there was another person in the room with me. Alaric sat by a small table filled with books as he read one particular book intently. His face held no expression; just concentration and tranquility. For a few moments while I stared at him, I watched him silently as he flipped through the pages. He was here alone. Was it for me or…

His wolf inside him screamed that it was his mate that he knew, he feels her , and even her energy did not change for him, but the reality was something completely different. “Believe me, I don’t know anything. How about you rest now, and I will look for something I can help you with?” Finally, after all the horror she had experienced, she smiled calmly and said in a voice that pierced his heart for the hundredth time. "Thank you very much, sir." "I am Lucian, the alpha Lucian."

Jessica grabbed her phone as she pulled up a book. “You are observant and I need another set of eyes and ears. He is an ally and a close friend. We are not going to tell him about Charlotte but I need to know if we could, when the time is right.” “And you needed me for that?” “Axel needed to stay in case Alpha James decided to attack.” Glancing over, she started reading a book. “How can you even read in the car? What are you reading?” “It’s called Emerald Eyed Luna. I have really liked these werewolf books. It’s funny how they portray us!”

It didn’t take long to figure out where he had gone—his office door was slightly open, and through the narrow gap, I caught sight of his broad shoulders hunched over his desk. Curiosity pulled me closer, and I leaned in to get a better look. Alaric was fiddling with something small, his brows knit together in concentration. I narrowed my eyes, trying to see what he was doing, but it was too small to make out from this distance. Suddenly, he cursed under his breath and jerked his hand back. A bead of crimson blood welled up on his fingertip, but before I could react, it faded, the cut closing almost instantly thanks to his Alpha healing abilities.

what did the hallucination mean then? Lila's expression grew more solemn as she approached me. "Elysia, the bond between a human and a werewolf is powerful, even if it's not fully realized. The drink merely amplifies what's already there. Your feelings for Alex, the connection you felt, that was all real. He is a werewolf. But whether he will admit it to you, that's something only time will tell." Her words echoed in my mind as I grabbed my coffee, the warmth doing little to chase away the chill that had settled in my bones.

I replied with a soft smile. “When did he even get here? I didn’t see him.” Lana mumbled under her breath. She couldn’t sense his presence like other wolves could. Alaric’s eyes landed on her with his usual playful grin. “And you must be his failed bride.” I shot him a warning look. “What? The news traveled fast,” he added, unbothered. “I’m Alaric. His beta.” “Nice to meet you, Alaric. But… beta?” she asked, clearly lost.

As usual it's only her and her dad in this whole wide world. "Goddess, please help me to shift into a powerful wolf. Do not let them gloat over me sweet goddess." Aurelia prayed looking at the moon with tears in her eyes. "The Alpha's son is here" the butler announced, making Aurelia's heart skip a bit. She turned and sure enough, the Alpha's son came with Oliver Walker, one of her chief bullies and Scarlett's friend. Oliver was to be the next Gamma. Aurelia detested the Alpha's son too. He had watched her being bullied at his twentieth birthday party a few months ago and simply looked away, leaving Scarlett and her friends to beat her up.

Lucian stepped in, closing it firmly behind him. “Interrupting?” he asked. “You already have,” Laura said coolly. Lucian ignored her, eyes settling on me. “The council is gathering again tomorrow.” “Let them gather.” “They want answers.” “They will get them.” He stepped closer, lowering his voice. “If you force her further, you will fracture the pack.” “She walked out.” “And you let her.” My wolf bristled. “I am Alpha,” I said. “Yes,” Lucian replied evenly. “And she is not your enemy.”

Which meant she had caved in for me, even if it was just a little bit. The thought made relief wash over me. The sound of the office door opening and closing, followed by footsteps, caught my attention. Marcus slowly made his way onto the balcony and stopped beside me. His eyes trailed to the scattered papers sprawled across the small table. He lifted a brow. “What is this Alpha?” I cleared my throat, adjusting my collar. “It is nothing you should concern yourself with.” He stared at me, then back at the papers. “Are these...lists?”
