The Alpha Lord adjusted his posture, straightening himself in his seat as he settled more firmly upon the chair at the top of the altar. I stopped at the bottom of the staircase leading toward the altar. “I was pleased to learn from Varex that you were the one who took care of Zarkus,” he said. “And if you don’t know yet, we spoke earlier this morning at my mansion… about the mating that is going to take place between the two of you.” “When will that happen?” I asked. My question seemed to catch his attention. I watched as the Alpha Lord slowly studied me, his eyes traveling over my face before drifting lower, inspecting other parts of my body with an unreadable expression.

~Lydia's POV~ I stood in the shadows of the corridor, my heart racing with satisfaction as Serah's face transformed right in front of the visiting Luna. Veins spread across her skin like dark rivers, and her fangs lengthened fully. The strong scent of the Luna's blood had done exactly what I wanted, and Serah looked ready to strike. The visiting Alpha appeared suddenly from the main hall, drawn by the strange silence. When he saw his wife facing Serah in that state, anger flashed across his face. He rushed forward and flung Serah off with one powerful push, sending her crashing against the wall to protect his Luna.

"You heard my conversation with Zayn. I'm not the real Alice but someone who looks and has the same name as her. I came from another world after I died. This body doesn't belong to me." Icarus didn't say anything but rose to the stove where another pot was boiling. "It seemed you have not read everything Sera has written in her journal." "How did you-" The Sage chuckled in amusement. It was a soft chuckle. "Sera wrote everything in that journal for you to read just for the spells." "S-She mentioned a Russ," I informed him. Could the topic be brought up? "Russ?" Icarus' chuckles turned into solid laughs. "It's been a while since I heard that name."

} Sera says in a serious tone, all the girls agreeing as well. {"But.. I've tried that before, and he's not taking me seriously?"} I replied. {"Then we'll use underhand methods! We'll drug him!"} Sera says, making everyone gasp in shock. {"Can you do that? Are you allowed to drug an alpha?"} I tilted my head. Sera laughs in a sophisticated manner, {"Of course not silly you, you're the one who's going to do it, so technically, I'm not liable to anything."}

The mall was crowded and loud around us, but honestly, after everything that had happened these past few days, normal life almost felt strange now. Very strange. Serah stopped in front of a jewelry store suddenly. “Wait. Wait. Look at this one.” I groaned immediately. “No.” “Yes.” “No.” “Yes.” She dragged me inside anyway. Ten minutes later, she was still arguing with the cashier over earrings while I stood there exhausted. “You know,” Serah said while turning back toward me, “I still cannot believe you actually saw Aurelian possessed by his dead brother.” “Please lower your voice.” “No, because imagine hearing that sentence out loud without context.”

Before Elara could even prepare herself for the second slap, it landed right across her face. "Don't fucking talk to me right now!!!" Elara's ears rang, with white noise filling her entire head... "Look how you're embarrassing yourself and our family in front of dear Sera. I'm pretty sure she is shocked to see us like this. She used to admire you, you know... Didn't you, Sera?" Alpha Lucan turned to ask Sera who still stood behind him, watching. "Uhm, yes Alpha" the slithering creature said.

Just then, Serena crawled over and grabbed his hind leg. "Alec! Take me with you!" she cried. "Let's escape together!" "Get off me!" Alec viciously kicked her in the face. Serena screamed as her nose broke, blood spraying everywhere. "This is your fault!" Alec roared, his voice laced with pure venom. "If you hadn't convinced me to start that damned blood ritual, I would never have made this mistake! I'm not dying here with you! Go to hell!" Serena stared at him in disbelief.

I uttered in a mocking tone. Alucard's gaze held a mixture of longing and determination. "You can continue to feign ignorance if you wish, but I'm certain of your true identity. You are the same Faustina I've known—loved—in the past, the present, and even the future," he confessed with unwavering sincerity. I couldn't help but shake my head, refusing to entertain his words that seemed utterly implausible. "All these years, I've been haunted by your absence. If only I had been stronger that day, I would have—"

I don't know why but it felt wrong, it felt disgusting offering my dick to Sera. “I want Aurora not you,” Alex snapped. I wasn't sorry he said that. “You what?!” Sera stood up and fumed with anger. “We had been doing thus for years, I stood by your side even when your parents died, what's so special about that pale, colourless bitch that I don't have? I was there when you were cursed—” I felt my blood boil, hearing her call Aurora pale and colourless made me lose it.
