Gina asked in disgust. "This is your food, Miss. It was prepared richly. Don't you like it?" the maid asked, confused. "Ewww! Is this what you call food?" Gina muttered, sniffing it. The maid grew suspicious. "Are you a werewolf?" she asked. "I don't know what that means, but please take your food away and bring me something else," Gina said, sitting on her bed. However, the maid walked towards her, staring directly into her eyes. She reached for Gina's neck and sniffed her body, causing Gina to recoil in shock.

Then just shortly after lunch, she was startled when the door to her room suddenly swung open and it revealed the full figure of the Lamia maid. “Prepare yourself,” The Maid announced without even bothering to excuse herself. “You will be taken somewhere else.” Amanda silently complied. There wasn’t much to prepare anyway, so they went on their way as soon as she was mentally ready; except that she actually is not. She thought that her time was finally up, that the Lord of the castle has finally decided what to do with her, and by the looks of the halls that they are passing through, the stench that is getting stronger the more they go deeper, and the deep growls that she is starting to hear

Elora's POV. Scarlet stood there, looking shocked and scared. She couldn't believe what was happening. Just then, the maid we had called in started to speak. Her voice was a bit shaky, but she finally had the chance to tell her story. "My name is Beth," the maid began, her voice getting stronger. "I've worked as a maid in the Backwood pack for years. That morning, I woke up early to prepare breakfast for Alpha Killian and Luna Elora. But when I got to the kitchen, I froze. I saw Scarlet!" Beth's eyes locked onto Scarlet, who turned pale.

She explained in a pleading tone. “And what is it about?” He leaned back, watching them tremble. The other one was trying to tap her not to speak. “You,” He pointed at her and she bit her lower lip. “Tell me what this rumor is about?” “It is…” She glanced at her friend before a painful expression took over face. “The thing is… Some days back, there was a rumor circulating around that a maid having an affair with a royal. When we asked one of the other maids, she said it was the maid that was brought from the werewolf realm.” His heart stopped beating a second. He fell forward into the pool, gripping his chest tight. His throat thickened as he forced a breath out.

Lifelessly, he fell to her side, making Taria's confused gaze meet the horrified ones of the maid at the door. They both stared at the other for a second, before the maid gave into a scream and took to her heels, shouting, "A WITCH!"

Horror Maid raised an eyebrow, looking displeased. Zac gestured to the head maid to leave, and thankfully, she did. That annoying presence was getting on my nerves!
