Author's POV "Come here," The vampire maid pulled her near some kind of dark alley revealing an unusual chamber, the gate itself radiated a weird kind of aura and she didn't even want to imagine what kind of the monster would be residing in. She gulped taking a step closer but the maid stopped her.

I said, silently requesting his help. He groaned. "This place is haunted by the ghost of a maid who committed suicide after her lover left her for another woman. She jumped into the well and died there a long time ago. The only skeleton you will find down there at the bottom of the well is the maid's body," he explained. I looked at him, surprised by hearing another version of the story coming from him. Now I'm truly confused. Who is telling the truth? Augusta or Alpha Jett? "Ah, so this well is haunted?" I asked.

Did they have werewolves roaming around the manor? “Hello?” she called weakly. She didn’t actually expect to see anyone, but footsteps approached. A maid rounded the corner, her head lowered. “Did you see anything?” Liz asked quickly. The maid looked at the door. Her eyes flicked over the marks. She shook her head too fast. “No, miss. The manor is safe.” Then she pulled away and hurried down the hall, not looking back. Liz stared after her. Slowly, she closed the door and locked it. Someone was trying to scare her. But who? And why?

but the smirked fell when she saw the maid standing on her door room with a tray on her hands ,the maid wa terrified after hearing what she heard and dropped the tray and not only that but she was so surprised seeing men inside the lady's room before she took a step out , Ariel smirked and before the maid step out from the room Ariel 's hair was untied and it became instantly really long and trapped the poor maid " ...my lady ..my lady .." I am sorry , the little poor maid cried ..Idon't entertain living with gossipers and betrayals , You think I am that clueless she asked her while strangled her neck with her hair .

The maid said the last sentence with panic as she realized she was in trouble. "Or do you feed off the souls of men too?" The maid asked with eyes wide with realization and also hope that the woman before her was not starving herself. Hazel glared at her at the thought of innocent souls of people on Earth ending up in the bellies of demons. "I'm fine," Was all Hazel offered the maid. The maid's face fell, and her hope vanished. "The bath is ready," The maid announced and then walked to a corner of the room and see about arranging some things.

"The maid in question was an omega. She was sick, and my mother did her best to get the best doctor to treat her. Don't you dare accuse her again." The maid. My hands trembled harder. No one knew about her. No one did, right? She was the reason for my nightmares. Every night, without fail. I saw her face, twisted in agony, screaming. I rushed over to pick it up and saw it was an unknown number. “Harper Holmes?” a female said on the other end “Yes, it is me,” I replied nervously, wondering who would be calling me and for what purpose. “I am calling to inform you that you have been offered the maid job at Dominic Hall’s place. How soon can you come?” she asked. I was too stunned to speak. I froze on the other end, not sure of what to say. I thought it was all a dream.

Maybe they were involved. "The other maid wasn't a maid at all." My heart fell. She was your girlfriend? "She was actually a spy working for one of my competition in the industry. Her mission was to get the job as a maid in my mansion and, whenever I left documents in my office, she would send the information to the other companies so they always knew my every move.
