Damona and Demonise teleported beside Alice, Val, and Azrael. “Woah, did you summon those high-ranking spirits, Azra?!” Damona asked with eyes sparkling while looking at the three spirit beasts. Azrael smiled and nodded. “Samael and Yael, long time no see.” Alice said while grinning. She glanced at Angelo and in just a snap of her finger, she teleported Angelo beside her and touched his head to dispel the spell Yael had cast on. Angelo’s tiny figure almost fell down, but Azrael caught him and the poor boy lost consciousness.

“I mean, I’m not such a dummy that I think we can smuggle Mischief into hospital, but surely there must be a doctor who deals with supernaturals? You know, like a vet for angels?” Anthony’s look had been cool; for the first time, I’d realized just how ancient he was. “Angels don’t become sick. You may only harm our heads or our hands. We fear little else but fire. What afflicts Mischief cannot be cured like a disease because it’s magical. It’s an attack on the Gateways.”

She gave me a cheeky wave and I waved back lightly. I hid myself before the woman could swivel her head to look at me. "Who are you talking about?" The woman asked. "An angel. She was right there mommy, she even waved at me." Alexis explained. "There's no one there, Alexis. You're just giving me excuses so that I can let you play in the rain. Not happening!" The lady muttered immaculately and I heard the little one huff loudly. "But mommy I really saw a beautiful angel..." Her voice trailed off. Beautiful angel huh? I'm no where close to being an angel and I will never be. With the amount of hatred that I have in my heart I don't think I deserve to be called an angel.

Cole grumbled at Suzan. “We are only letting off some steam.” “I’ll give you letting off some steam!” Suzan snarled back at him and even without looking, Angel knew that her eyes would likely have flashed a bright silver, threatening to shift, threatening to become the beautifully sleek black wolf she had been gifted with when she had come of age. Suzen was lucky, all the Aplha pack were, and many of their pack besides. Practically all were beautiful or otherwise naturally gifted, everyone but Angel, who was seen only as the traitor’s daughter.

Angel is a demon and not a ghost! That's why he keeps on telling me that he's real. He was able to use a face that would not freak me out. But the moment he showed me his real face, I didn't know how to unsee it. The best thing I can do is to just ignore his presence.

She walked into the room to see the man just standing there and staring at the table. “Sir”. He looked up to her and he just stared. “State your business”.
