HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

Both the pre-ruin and the post-ruin, I wasn't ready for any of it. My movements came to a halt when my gaze flitted across the street and landed on the poster of the new Fantasy series I had been waiting on; All the Beautiful Things. It was a trilogy. All the beautiful things are red, All the beautiful things are gold, and All the beautiful things are black. It was more like Romantasy actually. A wide grin crept up my face and I looked sideways, before slipping towards the bookstore even though I knew there was no car in sight. Volxe bookstore.

The Villainess Wants To Live

The Villainess Wants To Live

But apparently it was quite popular these days among the web novel fans. It was a typical and cliche romance story between a kind and beautiful healer and a crown prince of the empire. I admitted that it was pretty cliche, but the fantasy element still fascinated me. Before I knew it, I finished it in one sitting even though I should've probably been sleeping since I had a flight to catch in the morning. But I just couldn't stop myself. It was already past midnight when I finished reading the whole story, except the side stories. I really wanted to continue reading, but decided against it in the end and went to bed instead since it was pretty late already.

100 DRIPPING WET DREAMS - A FULL SERIES, ROMANCE COLLECTION.

Then Ava occupied the chair by the desk, her almond shaped green eyes studied me with quiet intensity. I took a deep breath. My fingers twisted in my lap. "I need to tell y'all something." My voice came out barely above a whisper. "Something I have been hiding for a long time.” “And what's that Emma?” Ava asked me gently. “I… I have these fantasies. Submissive ones, though. You know, like where I'm the one submitting. I dream about giving up any form of control I have over myself. About being told what to do. About being used… shared even. It makes me feel alive in ways I cannot explain. I know it sounds strange but it’s true."

My Forever Man

My Forever Man

She blatantly said. “In your world they write books about us?” I asked her. “Yep, they are all fantasy, my favorite are the romance novels.” She said and blushed a deep red. I raised my eyebrows at her confession. How does a world have books about us, but they consider us a fantasy? “Why did you drink so much? And what is a car and how did you get into an accident.” I asked her. I pointed to a large rock suggesting that she sit. I might as well let her talk and take a break. She looked frail.

A Dark Romance

A Dark Romance

For just a second, I caught a glimpse of pain flickering across his face before it vanished behind his usual icy facade. "The wedding's next month," he said. "Nora needs a bridesmaid." Nora Hunter. The girl who had shown up out of the blue three months ago, 20 and all sunshine with her blonde hair and blue eyes, clueless about the shadows in the world. Francis had welcomed her into the mansion, showered her with jewels, and paraded her around at every high-society event. Francis kept whispering sweet nothings to me, even as he was gearing up to marry someone else.

FATE BOUND

FATE BOUND

She walked into the room and upon seeing the acient kettle on a table, she knew once it was the room where she she had been kissed by the scary Taynor. He laid on the bed and his eyes were closed, so, he was probably sleeping. Intrigued by his striking looks, she moved closer to him and felt his skin. It was so smooth and flawless. Certainly, it was all her imaginations when she saw his eyes change it's colour because there was no way such a handsome human could ever be that monster she had seen. It was definitely her imagination. She stared at him deeply, trying to fathom the reason on why she was so attracted to the strange human.

All the characters, places, ideas or events mentioned in this book are purely fiction and does not relate to any living or dead. All the story settings and other elements are purely my imagination and fictional. Most of the concept about Heaven and Hell are based on Buddhism and Christianity. The genre of the story is fantasty romance so there will mentions of supernatural creatures and magic. Stealing of my work/any idea will serve you severe punishment as plagiarism is a serious crime. I love the book so far. I just got to the chinese princess of chinese hell. For the bar scene, I wish she had done something like the following... Could I get some late 20th century catholic communion wine? Pre-blessed, of course, this is hell after all. Ordering grape juice in front of daemons...

Soul Shard Captor [BL]

• The emphasis of the novel is on the romance, which means that the concentration of sugar, fluff, and smut is higher than the concentration of mystery & adventure. • Lots of fluff. • Warning! Expect occasional explicit, kinky smut. (╹ڡ╹ ) Slightly spoiler-ish info below: • It is one-on-one pairing. MC is the bottom, ML is the top. No messy love triangles. No angst. • ML and MC don't have previous memory of each other from previous worlds so they are always falling in love anew.

Frequently Asked Questions

Okay, so I just finished a re-read of 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' and this whole thing got me thinking again. The magic system there—the courts, the High Lords' powers—is basically just a giant, elaborate set of furniture for the character drama. The magic isn't there to be solved like a puzzle; it exists to put Feyre in impossible situations where her choices are amplified. Like, the whole 'curse' plot in the first book is a supernatural pressure cooker forcing the relationship to develop under a deadline.

A lot of books fumble this by having the couple solve magic problems together, which can feel like a side-quest from the romance. The ones that nail it, for me, use magic to directly challenge or redefine the relationship's internal logic. Can you trust someone who can literally read your thoughts? What does love mean when one of you is functionally immortal? That's where the balance clicks—when the magic isn't just backdrop, it's the third character in the relationship, constantly testing its boundaries.

My pet peeve is when the magic gets too technical right during a tender moment. Don't start explaining rune mechanics when they're about to kiss, you know?
