DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

Lately, I've been feeling something so often. It's a warm feeling that strikes right at my heart and flows through every part of me. It's so overwhelming that sometimes it brings tears to my eyes. It doesn't come and go like with Deimos. It stays and continues to daylight.

I have to say I love love this book. It has become one my go to favorites. Luna Liz has such a way of writing that makes you feel all the emotions her characters are feeling throughout her story. Definitely recommend this book.

I loved this book, but most of all I like how you give us an in-depth illustration of what Deimos and Lumina are going through. And we get follow and livre through their journey where they make mistakes, but also learn and evolve.

Couldn't Hide the Feelings

Couldn't Hide the Feelings

Jacob was silent for three seconds, and the emotion in his eyes was indescribable as if he had dug a hole and jumped into it. He withdrew his eyes and asked carelessly, "This man is like a central air conditioner?" Ashley hesitated and said, "A little bit." Now he remembered that she also said such words at that time. Jacob felt angry and funny, "Do you know what the words mean?" Hearing this, Ashley looked strange, "Don't you know?" "..." "Why don't you know anything? Don't you even surf the Internet?" Ashley didn't give up and slowly explained to him, "If a man was called central air conditioner, which means he has a lot of female friends and is very kind to all girls, but it means men who

I ask. Nothing answers. Of course not. But something shifts. Small. Subtle. The word doesn’t feel as solid. “Where did it come from?” Silence. The gap widens. “Why does it not connect to anything else?” The word flickers. Not audibly. Internally. Like its edges just— Blurred. “Why does it feel complete when it shouldn’t be?” That’s the one. The shift is sharper this time. More obvious. The word— Wavers.

HIS FATED LUNA DOCTOR

HIS FATED LUNA DOCTOR

"What it actually feels like." "Why?" "Because you came in here and told me the true thing." A pause. "I should try to do the same." I leaned back. "Most of the time it's just warm," I said. "A low reminder. When you're near it's steadier. When you're gone it pulls." I paused. "When you're happy it feels like mine. Not the emotion itself, just, the warmth of it coming through." Her expression shifted. "That part doesn't burn," I said. "That part is the best thing I've felt in a long time."

The Rejected Luna

The Rejected Luna

"I stopped mentioning it." "Why?" He gave her a look that answered the question without words. She understood. She had spent eleven years not mentioning things for exactly the same reason. "What does it feel like?" she asked. "When the network shifts." He thought about it. Not performing consideration. Actually reaching for an accurate description, the particular effort of someone who has never been asked to put an interior experience into words before. "Pressure," he said finally. "Like weather coming in. But below the weather. Below everything." He paused. "And a direction. Whatever is happening has a direction and I can feel which way it points."

BOUND TO MY ALPHA ENEMY

BOUND TO MY ALPHA ENEMY

I began, whispering against his skin, the words trailing off as she searched for something that wouldn’t sound trite. His hand stilled on my back. “How do you feel?” His voice was a low rumble, vibrating through his chest and into mine. I took a deep breath, I didn’t know how to finish. How could words even fit a feeling like this? “I feel… lighter,” I finally whispered. “Like all the tight, knotted-up parts of me finally let go. My head… it’s just quiet now. For the first time in forever.” His fingers started moving again, drawing little circles. “Good.” That one word felt like so much more. It felt like he understood everything I wasn’t saying.

A Life Without Gratitude

A Life Without Gratitude

"You know that. Without the name, without the family — you're nothing. A sick girl with nothing." The laughing has stopped. I'm very still. What I feel, sitting here in the aftermath of those words, is not what I would have expected. It's not rage. It's not the crushing grief of the child who needed more. It's not even the hard clean anger of a woman who has been wronged and knows it. It's something quieter than all of those. It's the feeling of a door closing.

Revenge on my Alpha husband

Revenge on my Alpha husband

Lianna: The feeling of freedom and joy coursing through me as I rode the horse today was something I hadn’t felt in ages. It was like I’d reconnected with a part of myself I’d forgotten existed. The wind in my hair, the rhythmic gallop beneath me, and the sheer exhilaration of it all had lifted my spirits in a way nothing else could.

The answer disturbed him. I felt that through the bond immediately too. He stepped further into the tent before lowering his voice. “What does it feel like?” I struggled trying to explain it. “Like… emotions that aren’t mine keep brushing against me.” “Can you hear thoughts?” “No,” I answered quickly. “Not exact thoughts.” I swallowed hard before continuing. “But I can feel things.” Jacob stayed silent, waiting for me to continue. “Fear,” I whispered. “Pain. Anger. Grief.”

A Deal with the Billionaire's Heir

A Deal with the Billionaire's Heir

I know where I'm coming from. I close the notebook shut and then lay my legs straight on the bed. I sigh, deeply. And then I sigh again. I feel like I'm going blank today. I was happy earlier. Mom is getting better. But now, I can feel a void in me. I don't know what this feeling is. It isn't related to romance, or money, or even mental exhaustion. It's something else. Something I can't figure out. Yet. I can't say it in words. It's like . . . Okay, I surrender. It's like a sinkhole. Or gap. Void. In me. Shit.
