"What's the verdict, Doc?" Anthony, the doctor, was an older lycan. His soft brown eyes met mine as he shook his head. His anger etched even more wrinkles onto his already-lined face. He looked upset about the state my mate was in, and it eased me a little to see him care for her so much already.

Srymium was quick to break Kayla's fall. Dominic returned. Grabbing the situation, he stood akimbo and scoffed, looking at Anthony who was on his knees, clutching his wound and coughing. “Is this how you plan to make her not suss you out and have a soft spot for you, Anthony? By erasing her memory? You're just hurting her.” When Anthony got to his feet and lifted his head, “Jesus,” the name escaped Jacob. Anthony's eyes were bleeding. “Your symptoms are getting worst, Anthony.”

I groan internally. My name is Mariah Cruz. I'm 17 years old and starting my junior year today. My Father, Mark Cruz, is the current Beta of our pack, The Royal Moon Pack, and my mother, Jennifer Diaz, is the Beta female. My Brother Josh Cruz is 18 years old and a senior in High School. He is training to become the next Beta when our Alpha, Jason Adams, decides to retire and hand the title to his eldest son, Nick Adams. Nick is 18 and is also a senior in high school. He is also my brother's best friend.

“Uhmm… excuse me.” The man from earlier stepped into the circle. The charming one. He smiled like this was just another night out. Women still stared at him from behind, but he didn’t care. “I hate to interrupt,” he began, “but I believe I can help.” At that moment, everyone turned to look at him. “I’m Anthony,” he said casually, slipping one hand into his pocket. “Son of Alpha Ryker from the Crimson Dusk Pack.” A gasp went through the crowd.

It's no wonder that everyone who knows him will always adore and respect him. Likewise with his friends. Anthony always provides comfort for them to enjoy the private facilities he has. In essence, he is good in everyone's eyes. Mikey shook his head at me then stood up and walked out of the house, sitting on a chair on the front porch of the house. He probably wants to talk to me. "Excuse me, I'm going out to see how many people have come to visit Mr. Anthony's grave," I said as an excuse to meet Mikey.

"That is the past. I know I was wrong because I chose to leave you, instead of fighting for our love. We've discussed this before, Anthony. And I'm very, very sorry about that.” Anthony stopped Miley, who was about to walk closer to him with his palm. “Stop right there.” "Why? What happened to you? Why did you become super prick after coming back from Oakland?” Miley narrowed her eyes suspiciously at Anthony. “Did you see a woman there? Are you cheating on me?' Anthony laughed at all the accusations. He was literally laughing out loud, as if Miley were a particularly hilarious circus clown. "What is so funny? Stop laughing, damn it.”

the announce. Squealing, Alexa does a few paces across the room before she stayed quiet, go back to kneeling in front of the television like it was a God send. All I can think to do is stay stock still and hope that maybe, maybe this was all some prank...Anything but being chosen for this thing. "Our first nominee...Macie North!" The sigh that came from Alexa was clearly irritable. I didn't know her, which made me assume that she is from another part of the Pack.

I tensed when I he looked at me. "Oh, your hunter friend's awake? She staying for breakfast?" the vamp asked Anthony. He was tall, about 6'5" with short dirty blond hair and grey eyes. He looked a lot like Anthony with the same facial structure, square jaw, almond shaped eyes, and tanned skin tone. "She's not my friend as I'm pretty sure she'd be happy to tell you," Anthony told the vamp, "and I think she was actually just about to leave." To me Anthony said, "This is my brother Eric. Eric this is Evelyn," he introduced.

Either you take over the post as the boss or we appointed a new healthy one. " The clock is ticking. You got only four hours to make this decision. I will be at the Santinos Hall with all the members and business partners. Choose wisely and be safe " Antonio left south Villa that moment with those words that sink into Marco's heart and tears it apart. He stood still for a very long time then took his step backward and enters maximo's room. There he met the doctor who was busy hovering over the Italian Mafia Boss's body. Maximo's eyes were closed and his lips pale. He looks so lifeless and in pain.

~ RIG ~ “It’s between Natalie and me,” Mack muttered, picking up a little twig from the dirt and snapping the end of it off, over and over again, his jaw tight and eyes narrowed. “But just, take my word for it… I get it. That drive. That burn in your guts. I get it. And trust me, it’s not a fun war to fight. So if you need backup, just let me know.” It was humbling to hear him offer himself that way, especially after—
