So my dear Luna promise me that no more emotional stuff that will make you cry,' April said rushing every word as she amended my makeup.

We’re all going home together.” April nodded, scanning the playground and noticing the other children, who were still waiting for their parents. “I’ll stay with you all until they arrive. It’s safer that way.” Just as she finished speaking, a sleek black car pulled up to the curb. The doors opened, and Lucifer and Mikhail stepped out, their presence immediately drawing the attention of the children and April. Her heart skipped a beat, and she froze, caught off guard by their sudden appearance. She hadn’t expected to see them, especially not here.

April muttered under her breath. April scanned the area for something to defend herself with. Her eyes landed on a broken armchair and she quickly decided it would be her weapon. She picked it up and checked for any dangerous edges or nails, then looked up at Jill. "This one is for you, Jill," she said, giving her a warm hug before rushing into the fray.

And that was the crash of their growing friendship. "So what now? You want me to get on my knees and do what? You're just some little pathetic bitch?" Yara scowled. A sick smirk sprawled across April's face, “you don't even get it. Do you?" She let out a mirthless chuckle. "There's something you really don't know about this April Waje. I'm no longer to girl you could bully so much so, i'll take my chances at getting back at you."
