I sighed, “Long story,” I mumbled tiredly then grabbed her arm and dragged her with me towards our first class while Raph followed us this whole time like a faithful “bodyguard” as I told her all about what happened these past two days, letting out the part where I was shot and the fact that Luc, Raph and Azrael were actually freaking Archangels, of course. We were now currently sitting in classroom, taking notes when I suddenly heard her saying, “I have to tell you something.”

He was playing defense; that was not what I wanted. "Come on, Alpha!" a pack member shouted, and he charged at me at full speed, trying to knock me down, but I moved faster, slamming him down on the ground. The crowd cheered for me. I was happy but the fight was not fair. He held back at some point and it didn't go well with me. After the match, he leaned in again, with a playful smile, his warm breath whispering against my ear. "Princess, come to my chamber later. You've wounded me terribly, and only you can tend to my injuries."

Archer scanned her from head to toe, examining every inch of the young princess' physique. ”Are you really that loud every fucking time? You look like my pinky finger, so thin and tiny. See that tall mountain over there?" Archer scoffed while pointing at the misty and dark mountain probably hundreds of kilometers away from them. Vivienne frowned. “What about it?” she posed a question. “That's how high your attitude is,” Archer reckoned with his eyes fixed on his blade. Naturally, he should shut the princess out but Vivienne would always have her way to steal Archer's focus and make him speak more than what he ought to say.

As sarcastic as it was, it was the first time he had seen a smile on her face. It made her even lovelier than she already was, and Archer had thought that that was not possible.

Anna silently nodded as she smiled again. "Maybe you will get along. She might go out tonight. You guys should meet each other." Anna glanced at the direction of her friend's house. Archer followed her gaze and was surprised that she was looking at the house where he heard the awful screaming earlier. He wanted to ask about it, but it's none of his business and he doesn't care. "See you around Archer!" She hopped away happily. Archer was happy to get rid of the girl. She was too loud, almost annoying. He could've left her the moment she said hi, but her mystery kept him from moving.

Archer could see the pain behind her oceanic orbs, he could see the torment in them and how she was battling a multitude of emotions. “Then I’ll wait.” He shrugged, defiance embedded itself within him. He placed his lips gently on her forehead, a soft smile gazed back at him. Like a steel rod Archer stood up straight before grabbing his t-shirt and leaving the room.

The shimmering fine mist came into view just a few feet ahead of us, and I urged him on, screaming to run right through it. Then nothing but blackness folded over us, unforgiving cold darkness and the scrape of sharp nails digging into the flesh on my back as excruciating pain tore through my skin and burned my very blood. “I told you he was mine” her voice burned its way into my mind before oblivion ripped me from this world. Archer’s POV Everything came rushing back to me the moment my girl told me she loved me; every moment I have known her came crashing back to the forefront of my mind. Then anger over how this beast had made me forget her made me push her away.

Archer said and I cursed through my teeth. “I have to push my best friend away because I can't tell her what's going on with me and I'm about to do spontaneous combustion, satisfied?” I said annoyed. “Since you came, my life went crazy; I don't even know who I really am, so don't expect me to be sweet and submissive.” Archer looked at me in surprise and then sighed. With atypical quickness, he wrapped his arms around me and cupped my cheeks gently.
