Are Athena And Ares Siblings Novels & Stories

I wanted her to stay and to protect her. “What have I missed exactly?” Ares broke our moment like he always does. “Uriel is Lucifer’s mate,” Athena said eloquently, taking a teacup from the cart full of food and drink. “I could see it in his eyes as soon as he saw her,” she chuckled. “I am curious to know why you didn’t tell her father though,” Athena looked at my Mother, goddess of bonding.

Atlas looks at me with confusion. “Athena didn’t tell you?” “I haven’t had a chance.” she mutters and I see how Atlas glares at her and she quickly adds, “I’ve been preoccupied with making sure you and my nephew are okay.” “Nephew? She called him a nephew too!” Simon points to Aesha. “Well, that’s because technically, he is their nephew! Aesha, Athena. They are my half sisters. Just like Diamond was and just like so many others are.”

I offered. Her face brightened, some of the lingering tension bleeding from her shoulders. “Let’s do it,” she said decisively. “Athena wants to run anyway. She’s feeling cooped up.” The copper presence in my mind stretched lazily, confirming her assessment. In response, Ares offered his own opinion. ‘Cooped up is one way to put it,’ he growled, his dark presence brushing against Athena’s in what I’d come to recognize as their form of affection. They curled together in our shared consciousness, their energies mingling in a way that always left me slightly breathless.

He is the next beacon, rumored stronger even than his own father. Ares, his second. Rumored to be the kindest among the brothers. Held up as the brothers' mother when the Alpha, along with Ajax was away. He donned his mother's atlantic blue eyes and silver hair. His heart clement— as if the Lady Nyth was reincarnated into her own son. Amongst them, Ares was forgiving.

he suggested. I nodded, leading the way back to my House. As I recall, he and Melanthios were both of Zeus, while Melanthios older sons joined different Houses. Ajax is a member of House Apollo, while Dorian is a member of Poseidon. I don’t think I could have pictured any of them in Ares. If we accepted women, I think their sister Iynx would have fit, but she’s better off in House Artemis. It is, after all, where she met her wife, the retired Lady Artemis. “I suppose that’s true. Your brothers joined Poseidon and Apollo Houses, and your sister more than pledged to Artemis." I chuckled.

“Mostly rock and metal, you?” “I like to say I have an eclectic taste in music. I like a lot of stuff.” He nodded again, not asking any other questions, so I continued, “SO, how do you know Ares?” Mental facepalm. That is the most retarded thing I could ask. Of course, I know this answer, DUH. He’s Ares BETA for goddess’s sake! He chuckles a bit before saying, “Ares and I grew up together. My father was his father’s gamma. He married a beta female and rose to the beta rank through her so we were practically groomed together from the time we were born since we were raised like brothers.”

"Too bad. You are not sitting here sulking over a guy who can't figure out his own brain. Get in the car." **** Sitting in the driver's seat of his black SUV across the street, Jeremiah watched the two girls exit the apartment complex and climb into Tessa’s beat-up Honda Civic. He felt entirely hollow. His knuckles were white against the leather steering wheel. The look of pure, shattered betrayal on Athena’s face in the corridor was currently eating him alive. He hated himself for doing it, but the echo of his father’s threats rang too loudly in his skull. Arthur had the power to destroy the Falcons and permanently end Athena's career. Pushing her away was the only clinical, tactical way to

Fraise was always proud of herself, a personality trait I envied. "Your turn now, sweetie," Fraise said to Raiden, linking her arms to him. Blaze seemed to glare at them, and I felt like she was hurting. When she caught my gaze, I expected an eye roll, but she simply looked away. Raiden cleared his throat and said, "I'm Raiden. Son of Athena, the Goddess of wisdom, but unlike all of you, I have no father." Another son of Athena, which meant... "Helios and I are twin brothers."

Waving off the confusion, I decide to just tell them what Athena said to me. “Athena told me she went against her father when she left Mount Olympus in search of her own life, and that he was not happy about the love that she found while she was away from him.” I let out a heavy sigh. “He has tried to prevent her reincarnations from bringing all of the mates from becoming one.” “But what does that have to do with Zeus?” Kenij asks, confusion contorting his facial features. “Zeus is her father.” I tell him, leaving out the obvious duh that would serve no purpose in this situation, even if the answer was as clear as day. And here I thought Kenji was the smartest one out of all of my mates.
