Are Athena And Ares Siblings Novels & Stories

Looking at at him, I frowned and crossed my arms on my chest. "Mr Valentin, I am not your mate I believe you have mistaken me for someone else." I told him speaking like a sophisticated woman. "And I know myself perfectly, thank you," I turned away to face the door and held the handle. "I can never mistake my mate which is you, Athena Faris, and you don't know yourself at all." Valentin said earning a deep frown from me. I turned to face him and sighed deeply. "Look. I have a job, a brother I just want to go back home." I said trying to put some sense into his head.

There was a time in our history when all the gods had relations with humans and Ares was no different than the rest of us. My eyes probably looked like they just popped out of my head and onto the floor with my jaw. ‘So…he’s Ares son? As in…the god of war? That god?’ I looked at Selene. She smiled and patted my hands in her lap, ‘He is my child. And one of your mates.’ ‘So…the son of the god of war and the daughter of the moon goddess are mates. So, why did you make me have two mates? And why is one so amazing while Callen is so…angry and serious?’

"Caleb, I am glad to see that you are manning up your words. I still remember how you told this goal of yours to me when you were still a struggling scholar in your college days." "Thank you, Zeus. And yes, I do remember that and I am beyond satisfied that I made it." His eldest son and Athena's elder brother, Ares, patted my shoulder and smiled. Unlike Zeus, he didn't know much about me because he was in abroad for years, studying and establishing his own name in the field of international law, unlike her sister who focused on their family's business, a chain of restaurants. "Congratulations! I heard it wasn't easy for you to go this far," he said.

He will hold the weight of his brother and any siblings that come after to insure they win. Ares, my smaller calm and silent boy. He’s stoic in his young day old life and I can only hope that as he grown up he helps keep Ace and any other siblings in line. My only hope is that if the time comes for them to make a choice on where they want their lives to go, he picks something that proves why he’s named after the god of war. After we got words that Tatiana’s and the others are being sent to the new cells, we all piled into the cars and started the two and a half hour drive back home.

Athena said, unable to keep her animosity out of her voice. “Yes,” he responded in a gravelly tone that Athena surprisingly found soothing. “Richard is my brother.” A brother? Nobody mentioned a brother in all the time Athena was in Silvergate. Not even Carmen, Athena thought, as betrayal squirmed through her. She had thought Carmen was her best friend during her stay there. Athena had told her everything apart from… “Your Majesty? Your surname is Atkins. Though you have the same name as the queen, she has a different surname, and it's not Atkins.”

What had they said just now? Bed-crawler, marriage-thief, lowborn trash, little lover. Now the memory projection showed it plainly. That wasn't a woman sneaking into a carriage. That was a brother picking his little sister up to bring her home. Sylvia said coldly, "Vera. Sister of Theron, heir to the Divine Court. The youngest sister Drake raised himself. And one of the two twin ruined-bloods who sacrificed most of their divine blood for us when the star sea collapsed." She looked at Orson again. "Orson. Her twin brother, and the other one who made that sacrifice. The fool of a lover you all spoke of is the Divine Court's own brother, the brother the three of us owe our lives to."

I called out, my voice a low, dangerous growl. "Armed riders," the scout shouted, his voice a panicked, breathless rush. "House Ares and House Zeus colors. They're asking questions about a one-armed Spartan traveling with a satyr woman." The blood ran cold in my veins. I stared toward the mountain roads, my heart a frantic, trapped bird in my chest. Eugenius and Nikos were expanding the hunt beyond Olympus itself. They were coming here. They were coming for me. And they were coming for my family.

He asked the principal to excuse us, and when she left, the silence was so thick that it could be cut with a knife. "I understand that as Alpha, your hands are full," Dad said, still maintaining his calm tone and smile, "but our children have taken a liking to each other and share a precious bond. I hear that Athena believes the bond cannot work. We know how important and strong a mate bond can be. I would love things to work out between Cameron and your daughter." I stared at Athena's dad, watching his reaction. The man was tall, and Athena looked nothing like him, but Caleb was his spitting replica except for their body structure. He seemed like a very powerful and domineering person.

I murmured. “ I guess, you're right,” mom chuckled briefly. “ Selene and Amphitrite were sisters; twin sisters to be precise with Selene being the older twin. I won't go into much details but during the most devastating war thousands of years ago, Amphitrite had to protect Selene’s daughter but she could only do that using a small clan from the hamlet her sister had formed who worshipped her since they lived by the riverside. The clan members hid Selene’s daughter until the war was over so as a reward for their commitment and help, Amphitrite gave them supernatural abilities and they became the second family to be directly intertwined with a crucial spiritual being,” mom concluded. “ Ohh, no

Athena said as she took it from her , hug her and she got into the car. The next minute saw them out of the compound and onto the address they had with them. At this point Athena was very curious, she's at the verge of finding out about her parents and she couldn't wait. She couldn't wait to found out who she really is , she couldn't wait to get answers to her questions. "We're here!" Her father said as he stopped the car and they stared at the tiny passage on that road. "Looks scary" her dad said. "But we're here there's no going back " she said and got down from the car.
