ROSALIND LIGHTWOOD★ I paced around the room, hands shaky, lips dry. My heart was pounding so loud, I thought the entire office could hear it. I didn’t want anyone to see me like this, not today. Not after everything. My company had just been sabotaged. Files leaked, projects exposed, clients calling nonstop, investors angry and confused. Everything I had built was crumbling, and I was just... standing there.

Aurora froze. “…you were there?” Daniel’s voice stayed low. “I handled part of the arrangements.” Everything stopped. Aurora didn’t move. Didn’t breathe. Because now— this wasn’t just Adrian. This wasn’t just a hidden decision. This was something bigger. Planned. Coordinated. Controlled. Aurora’s voice came out slowly. Piece by piece. “What… did you arrange?” Daniel hesitated. He commented, starting to grin widely at me. "Yeah." I laughed falteringly. "I'm done sir." Annie appeared in my front. "I've made sure everything is neatly arranged, and none of it will get missing." "You're sure?" I reconfirmed. "Yes sir." I turned back to Jace, and started to smile again. "So let's have a seat and talk. It's been a while you know?" "Yeah." We were about to walk to the huge table, but he stopped, and turned to face me. "Ace." He called gently, his face seeming sympathetic.

So concerning Daniel and Kathie marriage I was think we should get them married by next weekend" I said. The two women nodded their head. " That is good" my wife said. " We will start the wedding preparations as soon as possible" Mrs Donald said. " It is not a loud or noisy wedding, you it is an arranged marriage it is not based on love or feelings for each other.. it is against their will.. we will only invite friends, families and business partner" Donald said. I nodded my head. " There is no problem on that" my wife said. " I also agree with you" Mrs Donald said.

She rubbed her forehead and turned to find a woman standing near the backdoor while staring at them. “Who are you? What are you doing here?” finally everyone snapped and turned to find that woman. “I am the assistant of the designer with whom Ms.Kalyani placed an order for two evening attires for women and then two attires for men and I am here to deliver those and also to see if there is any need for alterations.” Kanika stated looking at them while trying to understand the words she just heard from this woman’s mouth who is none other than Lisa.

She walked after me, wearing a short black dress and heels, carrying a white board where she had her papers and a pen with everything that they had prepared while we were gone and whatever last-minute needs we had before tonight. “Everything has been prepared as planned boss. The drinks arrived last night and Michael has set them in their places at the bar. The hookers are ready, the rooms are clean, the dancers are dressed and ready, the poles have been polished, and the poker tables are also ready” Juliet said and I nodded. " I said and started to pack my stuff. He just nod his head and left. I quickly start to pack my stuff. Once having my table clean, I arranged my stuff. I needed my place to be tidy. Sooner or later I was done with it. I took my staff and made my way to the parking lot. On my way there, I was keep my thinking about my decision. There was no chance of me meeting the girl again. She is just some random girl. I don't even know her name. I know nothing about her.

But then again, she isn't dressed as she usually is on set, tonight, she manages to look simple and yet so elegant. "You're Arianna Cade!" I blurt out and she chuckles. I then remember that I never told them about the arranged marriage in the first place.
