I don’t know if this is something that has ever happened before. Donovan recovered first, greeting his daughter and telling her how much he loves her. Liam was second, asking her if she’d like to go for a run after her shift. I’m glad he’s willing to do that for her. Since Andra and I aren’t there, and Donovan is unable, having a friend who can also look after her on her first run is the next best thing.

“You want me to call off the engagement just because you don't like her? Do you ever like anyone, Artemis?” Artemis ran his hand through his hair, trying to control his own temper. “Listen father, I'm okay with you controlling every aspect of my life but not this one. I won't let you dictate my love life!” Artemis stated. “Besides, I am already in love with someone else.” Trevor's eyes narrowed. “I see…” “Yes, father.” “Well that won't be a problem. You can simply get married to her and keep as many lovers as you want. Nobody said you have to be faithful. You can still be with the love of your life,” Trevor shrugged and Artemis looked at him in disbelief.

Not now. Some truths… are too dangerous to speak out loud. So for now, I have to ask you to trust something you cannot see. Before I can tell the truth… I have to live a lie.
