My eyes traveled over to Athena lying on the bed. Her skin was gray tinted and her brow was furrowed in her sleep. Raising my fingers to her forehead I brushed her bangs away from her face and noticed her nose twitching as if scenting me and smiled. I soon frowned when I saw the tears running down her cheeks.

I recalled Neth mentioning his name. The guy smiled and leaned closer to the screen to get a better look at me. He ran his tongue over his lower lip, catching my attention and revealing his reddened lips. “Yeah. It’s nice to see you again…” His gaze fixed on me. “Athena Aine…” I gasped. My eyes widened a bit.
