Audiobook World War Z Novels & Stories

“Please recommend which one you think is the best.” Darien looked carefully though his back before pulling one out. The cover depicted a city landscape and a man’s silhouette overshadowing a skyscraper. “I think you would like this one. It starts out bleak, then it carries on to a happy ending.” Zach accepted the book and opened it up with anticipation. He might as well read something decent knowing it was the last good thing he was going to read before confronting his email inbox the next day. He lost himself in the story in the first ten pages and didn’t look up until he felt something heavy hit his shoulder when he was midway through the book.

Or rather, in a mere 23 years… World War 4 pushed the world to the verge of destruction. That’s when on the 23rd year, July 1st. One of the legendary twelve apostles of the God of Creation suddenly appeared, and ‘it’ decided to put an end to everything. ‘It’ destroyed several of the strongest and leading causes countries of World War 4 in just three days by itself, alone. Even with full preparation to meet against his attacks, not a single one of them is able to take down the apostle— even if it’s the powerful celestial gods who are just one rank below them.

Zarius with his snout sniffing the air and his paws dug into the ground was trying to trace any form of threat. He was about to say something when he felt a tremor in the earth and immediately after, there was a loud bang, and their heads whipped to look in the direction of the pack. There was another loud bang and the earth shook like there was a great earthquake. "It's a bomb!!" Zarius screamed through the mind link as he started to race in the direction of the pack. "The pack is on fire!!!!" One of the elders screamed through the mind-link

Callum growled. “Sure I do,” Zane said breezily. “I just did.” We reached a massive set of double doors, and Zane threw them open with unnecessary flair. “Welcome,” he announced, “to THE Library. Second the the biggest library in the world, just after the Alpha King’s castle. But, we should find what we need here!” Library was an understatement. It was a cathedral of books, floor-to-ceiling shelves, spiral staircases curling upward, sunlight pouring through tall windows.

The particular book appears in front of him as HE gladly reads the title out loud. “Death Resurgence.” As the book opens and the series of the current events begin to flash and flood. HE giggles in HIS utmost amusement, as HE presented. “Well, well, well. Shall we learn the ropes of what lies within the Resurgence?” From the book that deliberately flips and presented the gist of the world that it brings, the words are written and said.

This was my home for a long time, but I have nothing left here, no friends, no family, Everything swept away within the space of a couple Months. Let me start from the beginning. It is 2027 mid June. Our world has gone into crisis. Wars have been breaking out everywhere. Homes have been bombed, peoples lives lost. History, art, architecture, Everything that has been preserved and kept now lost in a cloud of smoke. This is World War III.

In the high tower behind me, I heard Lyra’s voice echo down the stone steps. "Contact," the whole-board reader said. "Grid is active. Painting targets." Miles inland, hidden behind the mountains, Cord’s forty Iron Voices were loaded and locked. In the deep keep, three hundred Firewalls closed their eyes and braced for the end of the world. And in the trenches above the beach, Zane drew his heavy, straight iron sword, the Long Carrier standing at the front of a line of a thousand silent wolves. The mapmaker on the beach had smiled because he thought he was fighting beasts.

Dan gripped a machete in his hand, but it was useless against mutated zombies. Just as one of them lunged forward, about to bite through Dan’s neck, I stood on the second-floor balcony, holding a cup of coffee, calmly looking down at the scene below. “Ruth,” I said lightly, “they’re too loud.” From the shadows behind me, Ruth stepped forward and simply glanced down at the yard. “Boom!” In an instant, the zombies were crushed flat against the ground by the overwhelming force of gravity. The sound of bones shattering rang out, and a moment later, they were all reduced to pulp.

he placed his tip at her entrance, intensifying everything she was already feeling, "I want you, please, Zaddy." Shola woke up to the chirping of birds in the trees and the sun's rays blessing her beautiful bronze skin. She felt sore all over but great inside. She smiled to herself, coinciding her lower lip between her teeth and she remembered the previous night. That was when she realized she was no longer inside the red room. And also, that Solano was nowhere to found inside the room.

The last thing I saw and heard before all went black was Remy mid shifting rushing back into the apartment and a blood-curdling cackle of laughter. *Author's note: Hope you all are enjoying the story.
