Black's POV I could hear a knock on my door as I just finished fixing my bed. "Black, breakfast is ready downstairs." My aunt said. "I'll be back tonight." "Take care, Aunt Autumn." I replied. Autumn Vera, or Aunt Autumn as I call her, is my aunt that took me in after both my mom and dad passed away. She's a very kind person that agreed to take care of me despite not even talking properly with her before.

“Love needs no pride. Love needs no time. You have the chance to nurture it now, so do not wait till your love grows regretful. Hmm?” Aunt May’s eyes were warm and tender. She had managed to keep most of her skin taut, and only a few wrinkles tried to steal the glow on her face. She remained active on her farm, taking a pause on the knitting inside and preferring to stay outside, with her favorite blanket.

She will forever keep the memory of May alive in her daughter's heart, she will never let Diane forget about the amazing aunt she has, a woman willing to do anything for her sake, an aunt who loves her dearly like her own daughter. "We will never forget about you May."

While I was sitting, I heard my mother talking to someone, I peeped out from the door and guess who it was? My most sweetly annoying aunt! Aunt Annie. A woman about 56 years old. She had slightly white hair which she dyed every other day. A wrinkled face that always showed some kind of jealousy. But most importantly, the sweetest tone when she spoke to anyone which covered all her bitterness at once.

Though I realized my mistake a long time ago, I cowardly did nothing about it. “I don't care about the past Zen. All I care about right now is that you are back, you don't know how much I missed you. I regretted letting you go. I should have fought harder and made sure you didn't leave. I tried looking for you, but I don't even know where to start from," Aunt said, trying to hold back the tears. Aunt was so happy that she now has a grand niece. Zoe loved her too and they bonded so well.

She is the one who stood up and considered Aminah her daughter who guided her during bad times, along with her uncle who is a staff at a private resort that is only half an hour away from their house.

I haven't seen them in ages. "Did you really think we will miss our godson's graduation?" Let me explain. Aunt Ann is my mother's best friend. Uncle Mayson is her husband. They have been at every major event in my life. Except for my high school graduation. They couldn't get some time off of work which suites me just fine since their daughter is obsessed with me. "So how many girls swooned over my boy?" Aunt Ann asks me pinching my cheek. She always does that and I hate it.

AUNT MEI'S RESIDENCE The day begins to break, with the sun peeking over the horizon, casting a sleepy glow across the quiet neighborhood. Early birds chirps, greeting the new day, but in Aunt Mei’s cozy kitchen, the only sounds were the gentle crackling of the stovetop and the rhythmic clinking of utensils. Aunt Mei, in her late fourties, with streaks of silver threading through her dark hair, moves about her kitchen with a sense of urgency. She is busy preparing breakfast for her daughter, Detective Ling, who had been involved in a serious incident last night.

Thank the lord his mother wasn’t present to hear such things come out of his mouth. “You’d get to him eventually, little one. You’ve proven to be relentless when the brat is involved. I believe his concern was justified, if not completely warranted. He wanted to try and get through his rut before you barged in,” Auntie commented eventually, a fond expression radiating on her unnaturally youthful appearance. “Ok, fair,” Azrin crossed his arms and puffed his cheeks in a pout, earning himself an affectionate scoff. “On that note, how’s it going?”

Aunt Maya called off out walking towards me with open arms. “Aunt maya.” I responded with a smile as she engulfed me in a tight hug. Aunt Maya was mom's immediate elder sister, she was this type of family member you could always rely on when there's a problem. But she's a huge talker, once Aunt Maya sees you, you are in for huge hours of talks and advices. “You’ve grown so much. I could remember how little you were the last time I came over.” she grinned and I could only let out a forced laugh.
