Pedri screamed from his position as he saw an agent rushing towards Eden from behind. Eden ducked immediately and grabbed the agent from behind. He twisted his arms and sent a punch into his face and the agent fell to the ground. Before he could fire at the man, two bullets were fired at him and he ran away immediately and made way into the house as several bullets were fired sporadically at him. The door was wide open as he ran into the house to find Spider in a fierce battle with some of the agents. Bullets were fired into his direction as soon as he ran in and he ran to hide behind the three seated sofa.

I start to climb down, gripping the cloth rope with everything I have. Don’t look up, I tell myself. *Don’t look up.* But I do. He’s there. Peering out the window, knife in hand. And then I see something peeking from under his sleeve. A spider web tattoo on his wrist. The same one the man outside had days ago. He raises the knife. No—no, no, no He starts cutting the cloth. “Please!” I scream. “Don’t—” The rope snaps. My body freefalls.

I say and the spider starts laughing as his men look at me in shock. "I knew you were fast, but this..." He starts clapping. "What makes you think we need him? You can kill him for all we care. Your only two if you still count your boy toy against us. What are the odds of winning?" He taunts with a smirk as I glance behind at Jayden for a microsecond. He winks and I suddenly understand what he means. I look back at the Spider who takes out a gun. I let my knife slit across the man's neck just as I hear Jayden fighting off the man holding him. The men start running towards me as the Spider talks something hastily into his earpiece.
