Charlie had crafted a few amulets before the auction. During that time, blessed by the Cultivating Pill’s powerful spirit energy, Charlie had crafted a new magical instrument for himself. This magical instrument was stronger than the Thunder Order, and it was called the Soul Blade. The Thunder Order would call upon divine lightning and make a huge commotion, but its destructive ability wasn’t exactly great. However, the Soul Blade was different. The Soul Blade wouldn’t cause astronomical changes, and it was practically unnoticeable. Not only that, but the Soul Blade was much more powerful compared to the Thunder Order.

"...you've awakened the Blade." The First Blade shone brighter than the Moon Crown itself. One by one... The wolves of the Abyss Pack stopped fighting. They turned toward Ariana. Not because they had been commanded. Because somewhere beneath centuries of corruption... They remembered the light.

KAI’S POV The blade screamed before it struck. Not audibly, not to the room, but to something older inside me. The wards under my skin detonated into heat as the air split, and instinct tore control from thought. “Zara!” Too late. The blade wasn’t metal. It looked like obsidian glass, curved and narrow, veins of silver light pulsing through it like a heartbeat. It emerged from nowhere, no summoning circle, no warning glyph, just there, sliding out of empty space and into flesh.

Just me, silence, and a truth I couldn’t outrun. The blade was where I’d left it. Carefully hidden beneath a false floor tile and shrouded with cloth enchanted to dampen aura bleed. It wasn’t a standard weapon. This one had been gifted to me after the hybrid trials. Blood-forged. Custom-coded to react to the specific fingerprint of my aura signature. One of the only things that still felt real when the rest of my memories seemed to come and go like smoke.

Still, Soless shook her head to dispel the thought—there was no way Caleb would cultivate something so demonic. Looking at Caleb, she said, "I don't think its power, acceleration, or explosiveness is good enough. You're still holding back because your mind isn't strong enough, like you still don't have the resolve to end the world…" A golden scimitar appeared in her palm right then—it was the Skymoon Blade that Jax gave her. Rustle… That was when a terrible aura spread, pressing upon Caleb with the might to bend all things to its will. Shocked, Caleb promptly repelled the aura.

Totally and utterly cynical. After a few more agonising moments and Max growling some things I shan't be repeating in front of my kids, he finally let go and cut a slit in my arm with the Preaesidium Deae Astra. Blood flowed out of the tiny wound but apart from that nothing. "Did I forget to mention that it only works when the Luna of the Stella pack wants it to?" I growled as the wound on my hand glistened for a few seconds before healing and disappearing entirely.
