Episode 3 Alyssa's pov . I got home and the first thing I did was to crash on my bed. I feel more dumb after that interview . If I don't get that job I can't tell if it's my fault or mr rudes fault. I guess I just hope for the best or even the worst , because that's what happens . I made an heavy sigh and closed my eyes for a nap that drifted me to sleep. I woke up the next day with a pounding headache I couldn't find the reason for.

I hated how quickly my body betrayed me, how fast wet heat gathered where I was weakest. “You’ve been a bad girl, Harper,” he murmured, his voice a low growl that curled deep inside me. “Writing lies. Stirring chaos. Making me your headline.”
