OWNED BY THE GHOST

OWNED BY THE GHOST

Marcus, the quiet guy from accounting leaned against the door, arms crossed, with a bitter smirk twisting his lips. “McAllen,” he said. “You’ve been looking real happy lately. I see you enjoy your late night with the boss.” My stomach dropped. “What the hell are you talking about?” He stepped closer, I could see the jealousy in his eyes. “ I saw you leaving the private elevator. Looking like a man whose ass has taken some cock. You’re not the first, you know. The Ghost destroys anyone who tries to get close. You’re just the latest toy.” “The Ghost?” I laughed it off, but my voice sounded shaky even to me. “Sounds like some movie legend bullshit.”

Too Late to Regret

Too Late to Regret

Outside seemed quiet again. Suddenly, Sophia grabbed Candice’s arm, urging her to look toward a nearby door—the one that connected to the balcony. The bathroom had a second door leading to it, and right now… it was slowly creaking open. Beyond the dark doorway—nothing. Just blackness. They swore—they were materialists. They didn’t believe in ghosts. But right now… the atmosphere was chilling their bones. They even had the eerie thought—what if that boy they were discussing earlier had come… to find them?

BEAUTY & THE GANGSTER

BEAUTY & THE GANGSTER

I looked at the night gown on the bed. I walked towards it and picked it up, feeling the soft texture. I looked at the CCTV. It is right at the end of the ceiling opposite the bed. I lowered my gaze on the gown, staring at it. I picked up courage and headed towards the bathroom with the gown in my hand. Getting into the bathroom, the luxury almost made my jaw drop. No CCTV, just shiny and white spotless things. A bathtub, a shower stand, a toilet, and white towels hung on a steel hanger.

Secrets Of Love

Secrets Of Love

Was she seeing someone else? Suddenly, I heard a loud banging on the bathroom door. I quickly turned off the water and wrapped a towel around myself. "Who is it?" I asked, trying to sound brave. "It's me, the woman from the front desk," came the reply. I cautiously opened the door and saw the woman standing there, looking worried. "What's going on?" I asked, feeling my heart race. "There's something you should know," she said, her voice trembling. "This place is haunted. People have disappeared here before."

Of Men and Monsters

Of Men and Monsters

meaning pretty small, but I didn’t care, I could see and hear the ocean from it. Across the hall was the bathroom. I opened the door and found myself in an old black-and-white movie. The bathtub stood on clawed feet and had no shower. The sink had separate hot and cold taps, and the toilet . . . well, the toilet looked like most toilets, I guess that technology never advanced much. It used to be white porcelain but it was now so rust-stained it was hard to tell. The wallpaper hung in tattered strips and the room had an unidentifiable stench that I really didn’t want to identify. I closed the door and walked to my brother’s room. I knocked, waiting for a response. I’d made that mistake before

How do you kill a ghost? Shambling into my bathroom, I run the hot water in my shower until the room is covered in steam. It's so thick it chokes me. The water will burn me, but I stand under it anyway, enduring the scalding pain. Can I wash away all my errors? It's a silly wish, because I know the answer is a resounding no. Hanging my head, I remain under the running water until my skin is bright pink. I'm numb from my neck to my stomach, where the droplets assault me. Before the waterlogged wrinkles on my fingers split open, I turn off the shower.

My Boss, My Brother, What?!

My Boss, My Brother, What?!

I just went straight into the bathroom as I was walking I thought about removing the clothes I was wearing since I was the only person here. It's obvious that I can't do anything anymore, my dear king Kenzo's plan is for my life today and even if I cry blood here, there's nothing I can do. I was getting undressed while walking and was going straight to my bathtub when I frowned because I heard water pouring like I was taking a shower. Who will shower here? Hey, does everyone know that my room is here? I still ask myself. I even thought that maybe it was just my hangover, so I didn't really understand it. Since I don't believe in ghosts.

Tasting my Best Friends

Tasting my Best Friends

I said. Just then, I walked in and nearly jumped at a skeleton hanging in the doorway. My hand flew to my chest. “Jesus,” I muttered. Everything in here looked terrifying. If I didn’t know ghosts weren’t real, I’d swear this place was haunted. “There’s this guy I found online who sells potions. To make this interesting, we’ll add them to the drinks,” Ray said, wandering deeper inside while I stayed frozen in place. “Let me check out the bathrooms,” he called out.

My Blood Wizard System

CHAPTER 18 Ghosts Under Bathhouse Row Saturday night, December 21, 2026 The bloodstone wakes me at 2:13 a.m. with a tug so hard it feels like someone hooked a finger through my ribcage and pulled. I text the group chat on silent:

Alpha Caius and the Runaway Luna

Alpha Caius and the Runaway Luna

I made it back to the room they’d stashed me in just as my head began to pound. Ghost stood at the bathroom door, a scowl on his face. He was reaching for the knob, his hand mere inches away. I reached past him and wedged the door open. It took a bit of maneuvering to slip inside without touching him, but I managed. Wasting precious seconds, I quickly undressed and sank into the tub. Letting the bubbles conceal my body, I kicked back and let time resume. The door swung open, and Ghost stormed inside, a silent hurricane that sent goosebumps scattering across my flesh. I flicked my hair behind me, letting the damp strands cascade over the lip of the tub.

Dear Author, I love your books. I look forward to reading the rest of this one as you write. You have not updated this book in some time so I hope you and your family are ok. Thank you for sharing your imagination and vision.

the story is good and funny, but updates are only every 2 weeks or so. 230 chapters and still very far from any of the multiple problems being solved. So I guess, with only a few chapters per month the story will go on for another year or more.
