I fixed my ass on the couch. “What?”… “I know you will be mad, Max. Of course Christopher Henry Jameson—also known as Beast- wasn't the average man. He stood 6'5" and weighed three hundred and two pounds. He didn't like the extra three pounds. He rather liked being in the two hundred weight range even if it was by just one or two pounds. Regardless, there wasn't an ounce of fat on his perfect body. Beast was muscles on top of muscles, yet not hulking like some of the others that worked in the Marine Corps division assigned to The Department of Home Land Security, or better known as DHS. Too big made you slow. He'd seen guys bigger than him hospitalized during the CRUCIBLE training.

“Xavier—” He reached out and hooked a finger around my intern badge, the plastic card resting right between my breasts. He tugged me closer by it, eyes locked on mine. “I also like girls who play hard to get.” His breath ghosted my cheek. “So be careful, intern.” My pulse exploded in my ears. Then— “XAVIER!” Henry’s voice sliced through the air like a blade. Xavier released my badge but didn’t move back. Henry stormed toward us, skates clacking against the concrete, rage burning in his eyes.

Who is this guy? As I cast my eyes over him like a ravenous animal I can immediately tell he's substantially taller than me; at least 6ft 5. He has lustrously thick black hair that looks untidy but beautiful. His eyes are expressive and large that look as deep as rich, dark chocolate. To top it off his lips are a plump and sultry shade of deep pink. Oh my god! I don't think I've ever seen a man as beautiful as him. I can't call him handsome as that word just doesn't do him justice. Before I can look away he suddenly looks up and stares straight at me! My god, he has a fierce stare! I quickly look down and take a sip of my drink. No doubt he thinks I'm odd for staring at him like that. I feel

I hear voices that I can’t quite make out, and a few moments later, the door is swinging open wider, two large men striding inside. I immediately know which one is Alpha Xavier. He stands taller than the man he walked in with, and he struts inside exuding power, dominance, and pure evil. His hair is dark, shaved on the sides and long on top, and a thick layer of dark stubble coats his jawline. Tattoos crawl up his neck and disappear beneath the collar of his dark t-shirt, which is accompanied by a leather jacket, distressed jeans, and big black boots. His skin is tanned like he’s spent every day in the sun, and his eyes are so dark they’re almost black. They land on me, and a shiver travels

His body shimmered and began to shift. The transformation was both terrifying and beautiful. Bones cracked, muscles stretched, and thick fur—deep obsidian with streaks of silver—rippled across his growing frame. In seconds, the man was gone, replaced by the majestic beast that was his wolf, Ravik. Massive and regal, Ravik stood taller than any other werewolf on the field. His glowing golden eyes shone with a fierce determination, and his presence radiated raw, unyielding power. He didn’t wait. With a snarl that echoed across the shore, he sprinted through the rift. The crack sealed behind him the moment his hind legs crossed the line.

I'm amused by how such small things like a store makes her happy causing her voice to elevate higher a little bit. “ it’s a longer drive if you don't want to, there’s a smaller store more in town you can go to but the quality isn’t as great” she finishes her voice dropped, calmer this time making it seem she was less excited about this store but understood why we'd choose it. “ the woodsmen shop sounds perfect” Ryan cheers pushing on my seat. “ I’m sorry I have to asked but are you gay?” Creed remarks “ because you are the only dude I know that squeals like a girl on purpose” he states

Julius said, planting his palms firmly on his desk and he thankfully navigated the conversation away from topics of conversation we had yet to discuss. “I’m assuming our Luna here is up to speed about Wes?” “Yes.” Julius and I replied in unison. “Okay dynamic duo. Well, when I say he is perhaps the weakest person I’ve ever encountered, I’m not lying. I explained without taking my eyes off the judge who saw us inquisitive. “Can you talk later?” Matt interrupted us before going to the judge. "Don't worry, George, you can go on."
